Lab Objectives
You will achieve the following objectives:
• Locate Human Resources application
• Confirm demo data is installed
• Review HR Case record

Lab Dependency: The Human Resources Scoped App: Core plugin and demo data
were pre-installed in your student instance.

Section 1: Verify HR Application and Demo Data Installed

1. Ensure you are logged in as System Administrator.
2. Navigate to All > HR Case Management > All HR Cases > All.
3. Confirm demo data records are visible on the list.

Note: It is very important that you install demo data only in non-production instances,
like the Development environment. If you accidentally install demo data in Production,
it is tricky to remove. A support.servicenow.com case would need to be submitted to
get demo data removed.

Section 2: Review Sections on HR Case Record

1. Open any HR Case record (HRCXXXX).
2. Review the sections on the HR Case record.
