5. Cutting and Installation - By others unless stipulated in the quotation.

6. Overdue Accounts - Overdue accounts are subject to 3% interest rate, plus legal fees and expenses.

7. Quantity - Quantities indicated are estimates only based on plans provided by the owner, designer, or contractor.

8. Return and Exchange - Any return of goods are acceptable within 30 days from the date of P.O. and must be in its original packaging, and in good order. Any orders that

were cut to size are not exchangeable.

9. Damages - Broken or damaged goods are accepted within 3 days of delivery date.

10. Delivery and Shipping - Any delivered items are subject to inspection when unloading to see any damages. Multiple deliveries, or redeliveries are subject to additional

charges. Any unloading and hauling are accounted for as long as it is 10 meters within the receiving point. Any additional expenses such as gate fees should be shouldered

by the buyer. Delivery by owner unless otherwise indicated.
