Skill 1 is normal attack, skill 2 is active skill, skill 3 is passive, skill 4 is auto-activation skill.

To be fair, you can use B tier in early game because they are easy to get and rank up.
Wood Tanker Freesia A+ Don't max out (A+ or lower) tier Ex girls because it's a waste.
Don't give a shit about Eileens and all SRs, Rs. They can't be ranked up to 10 stars or further.
I would rate all SRs C tier, Eileens D tier and Rs E tier.

Gives dmg reduction, increase healing and purge to both her and
highest atk ally. Also note that her skill doesn't do damage. She's not
that bad but... Increase healing: increase the ammount of healing you receive.
Wood Tanker Hena B FODDER (That means she doesn't heal).
Purge: remove debuffs but not remove CC.

Anniversary girl. Better version of Haruka. There's not much to say

about her. Everyone knows that she is strong. She dethroned Haruka.
Wood Dealer Senshu Nashi S+ OP/EX She's the one currently appearing in the game's banner.

Used to be the best damage dealer in the game... now Senshu Nashi
replaces her.
Wood Dealer Haruka S- Haruka once appeared in the game's banner.

Very situational because her skill only targets rear-line enemies. But
that's what makes her especially strong against 3-0-1 formation.
Wood Dealer Aria A 3-0-1 formation is Type IV formation.

Slow enemies and what? Idk she's more like a support unit for wood
team.
Wood Dealer Karen B- FODDER Slow: delay the enemy using skills for a few seconds (not sure if it affects skill 4).

Gives encouragement to one ally and dmg boost to all allies. Nothing
more can be expected from such supporter.
Encouragement: make ally use skills faster (opposite of slow).
Wood Supporter Ailoy S EX
Dmg boost: increase dmg to ally.

Good against water team such as Clara and early stages...

I've been using her since the early days of the game until now. She's good in early game

but fell off as the game progresses.

Her skills are designed against a team that relies heavily on healing.
But what's the point if they just cleanse the debuff?

She gives shield. Definitely good.

I'mma rank her A. But the lack of hotdog skin makes her fall behind.

No wonder she is the tankiest tanker in the game in which case no one
removes her buffs. Wood resistance can be up to 40%, dmg reduction Wood resistance: reduce dmg from wood enemies (same thing for water/fire resistance).
up to 80% and reflect dmg +200%. That's insane, not to mention she Reflect dmg: reflect some of the damage received from the enemies.
Water Tanker Jenny S+ can CC 2 highest atk enemies (20hd skin ofc). Before 20hd skin, she is A tier. Sia counter.
In theory, dmg reduction doesn't work well with reflect so idk. But most games did that lol.

She protects your team very well. Also gives whole team reflect buff
that's cool.

Kasa everywhere. She gives your dps the ability to use skill twice and
makes everything a joke.
Water Supporter Kasa S+ $ This is the difference between p2w and f2p player.

You only need to have her at 5★ to get her job done, like Kasa. She makes
the fight easier with her binding effect. To be honest, 3v3 is more winnable
than 4v4 because your tank receives less damage from enemies. When you
Water Supporter Elena A+ kill one, it becomes 3v2 then 3v1. Also about guild/activity bosses she seems
good because she stops bosses' active skill but can't compare vs Ailoy. Her
skin buffs Kasa so it's nice to have as well.
The team I would recommend is Elena + Kasa + Tanker + Dealer. YES! FUCK HEALERS FUCK

so annoying.

Ehhh... she has 100% AoE dispel that's a plus but she can't touch rear-
line...
Water Supporter Scarlet B- FODDER Good fap material I guess? But she is sadistic apparently...

She can cleanse CC but it's long cooldown and CC effects usually don't
last that long.
Water Supporter Sakura C+ FODDER Good skins, nothing else.

She's still one of the best healer in the game even after Fannie

She can help you clear abyss and some Sia stages so she's not
garbage.

She heals herself, that helps her sustain, not her allies.

Erm... single target debuffer, nothing else. Actually, 30% atk buff is
huge but it doesn't make up for skill 2, also it restricts to fire and rear-
line allies.
Fire Supporter Miho B- FODDER SEGS!!?

If she only gives shield and heals, I'm gonna rank her S like Lily. But
what makes her different from Lily is the sharing damage effect. It
negates any lethal damage to your team. Your team is pretty much invincible with her.
Fire Healer Asako S+ OP/EX
She is slave of the game.

Sadly, active skill (skill 2) doesn't crit. That's why she is A+. Or else I
would rate her S-.
She is beautiful and all. Her skin is just nuts.
