Project Proposal

Title: San Jose’s Valentine’s Fair 2024


Target Date of Implementation: February 14, 2024
Time: 1:30 pm to 6:30 pm
Location: School of St. Joseph the Worker Inc. open grounds and school gymnasium
Proponent: Supreme Student Council
Beneficiaries: The School of St. Joseph the Worker Inc. students, staff, and faculty heads

Rationale:
As the School of St. Joseph the Worker Inc. is committed to promote a culture of
excellence. The Supreme Student Council would like to suggest this project to brighten up the
students at the School of St. Joseph the Worker Inc. in conjunction with celebrating love and a
special day to show love to our friends, love ones and teachers while having fun and considering
the actual spirit of Valentine’s Day ahead of us, this activity will assist in fostering leadership,
teamwork, and collaboration among the children and teachers.

Objectives:
1. To celebrate a moment and day full of love.
2. To promote collaboration, cooperation, and leadership among the students and
teachers.
3. To raise funds and support the Supreme Student Council projects

Project Description:

a. The Supreme Student Council of the School of St. Joseph the Worker Inc. will be having a
one day program to celebrate the Valentine’s Day in a unique way. Wherein, the school
will held a Valentine’s Fair 2024.
b. The Supreme Student Council will be renting the tent stalls of the Eatchague Banchetto
at the Echague Municipal Hall.
c. The students of the School of St. Joseph the Worker will be planning, making, and selling
their own desired products, games, or booths.
d. There will be stalls located on the school grounds and gymnasium, wherein, every grade
level from JHS to SHS will be having 2- 3 slots.
e. Each stall from every grade level must rent the stall tents at the Supreme Student
Council office. The rent fee is Php. 300.00, and will be on first come first serve basis.
f. Each stall is required to decorate their designated space.
g. The grade level that choose not to take part in the event will be required to pay an
amount of PHP 3,000.00.
h. Each grade will be given a general product to sell but each section has to choose a
specific product/service that they will be selling.

i. The Supreme Student Council will also held a competition during the Valentine’s Fair.
The section that will have the Best Creative Stall Design will be receiving a certificate
and do not have to pay for the stall rent.
j. Another award is the Highest Gross Sale Award, the said award will be given to the
grade/stall with the highest sale of the day. The winner will be receiving a certificate of
recognition from the Supreme Student Council.
k. There will be a band performing on the school grounds to bring life to the surroundings.
l. The event presented is open to the public, therefore, outsiders are welcomed to attend
the school’s Valentine’s Bazaar.

Proposed Budget
The only expenses that the Supreme Student Council will be the Tent Stalls that will be
rented at the Echague Municipal Hall and certificates. The estimated rent fee for each stall is
Php. 150.00, there are 18 stall slot for the whole Junior high school and Senior high school
department. 6 slots for the Senior High School department and 12 slots for the Junior High
School department. Therefore, the total estimated budget for the rented stalls is at Php. 2,700 -
Php. 5,000. The expenses may be deducted from the Supreme Student Council funds.
