This is to certify that Mr./Mrs. RUIZ, WILLIAM (Crew I.D. 9091135) of Filipino nationality has been rehired on board the NASSAU, BAHAMAS
registered ship Marella Explorer in the position of ASST. WAITER/ESS. The seafarer is scheduled to join the above-mentioned vessel in the Port
of PALMA DE MALLORCA on April 27, 2024,

Seafarer is trading in multiple jurisdictions within the U.S. and Schengen Area territories during his/her employment period. Therefore,
Britannia Ship Services (2014) Limited kindly requests that the Seafarer be issued a U.S. type C-1 visa (multiple) and a U.S. type D visa
(multiple) with a minimum one year validity. In addition, Britannia Ship Services (2014) Limited kindly requests that seafarer be issued a
multiple entry Schengen Area visa with a minimum one year validity from the date of issue.

If the seafarer fails to join Marella Explorer or any other vessel of the company for any reason, Britannia Ship Services (2014) Limited agrees to
shoulder any and all costs incurred in connection with the repatriation of the seafarer to his/her homeland or country of permanent
residency.

This letter expires and shall become null and void on April 28, 2024.
