Fixed Term Lease. The Tenant shall be allowed to occupy the Premises ona 10
months fixed term arrangement, renewable, and starting on 1 February 2024 and
ending 30 November 2024 (‘Lease Term’)
IV. PAYMENT TERMS. At the onset of this Lease and during the Lease Tem, the
Tenant shall be responsible for securing and maintaining the relevant bursary (NSFAS
or FASSET included) or alternatively being directly responsible for: (check all that apply)

Agreement.
