a. Summarize in one paragraph the development of English language.

English language started with the tribes that come together

which was the Anglo-Saxons and created words that were used daily.
Norman conquest was the combination of English and French and
generated more words as English took over as the language of power.
Then came Shakespeare and his way of presenting English language
to the world in different and creative ways. Then King James Bible
was composed and it was understandable to most people in the
world. Furthermore, scientists used English because its much
quicker, it also contributed more words because of discovering more
things. In addition, Dictionary was also created and showed us that
there are words that sound the same but have different meaning and
spelling. And then came the internet English which serves as the
global space information. Finally English was used and being
adopted globally.

b. What role does the English language play in the globalization

phenomenon?
English Language serves as the bridge towards unity with different
nations. It allows us to understand each other and be able to express to
things that we want to tell. It also serves as a good connection. English
Language plays a very significant role in the globalization phenomenon
because it gives us an easier way to communicate with people around the
world.
 c. Given its role, what are some implications to the teaching and
learning of English?
One of the implications to the teaching and learning of English is that it
allows us to be open to whatever ideas we want to share. Teaching and
learning English is one way of keep it alive. Being able to teach and learn
English language is like having access to the world. English language is the
key or the password to knowledge during these days. I really appreciate
people who gives their time to teach others their knowledge because its
like giving the password and access to wider information and knowledge.
