I humbly request from your good office to approve my application for an Authority to Travel
to Malaysia from November 20-24, 2023, for a period of five working days. My closest cousin
from Hawaii surprised me a trip to Malaysia during my 28 th birthday last July 2 with the
intention of making it a memorable experience to be cherished for a lifetime. It would also
allow me to broaden my horizons, gain new insights, and learn from Malaysia’s diverse
cultures and traditions.

I wish to assure you that my absence during this period will not cause any disruption to the
work operation of CCNHS-Rojas as Ms. Naima Mondejar-Uy and Ms. Bahija P. Badal,
English teachers of CCNHS-Rojas, will be handling my classes.
