Special Accommodation Request for Certification Exams

Special accommodation requests need to be approved by the ServiceNow Certification Team and provided to the
Kryterion Testing Network. Please allow up to 30 days for these requests. Please complete all the fields below and
ServiceNow will coordinate the accommodation request. Attach this form as well as supporting documentation
to a support case or email to certification@servicenow.com.
