1.) Dead Bugs series:

- Flexion - a bending movement


around a joint in a limb that
decreases the angle between the
bones of the limb at the joint.

- Extension - an unbending
movement around a joint in a
limb that increases the angle
between the bones of the limb
at the joint.

- Hyperextension - the forceful


extension of a limb or joint
beyond its normal limits.

2.) Dead Bug series 2:

- Contralateral - relating to or
denoting the side of the body
opposite to that on which a
particular structure or
condition occurs.

- Ipsilateral - belonging to or
occurring on the same side of
the body.
3.) Hip Bridge:

- Regression - an approach to
decrease the demand of an
exercise or movement.

- Progression - increasing the


demand incrementally through
minor changes.

4.) Roll - to move across


the ground or another
surface by turning over and
over.

5.) Press Up:

- Plank - an exercise in which you


hold your body straight and
parallel to the floor while
resting on your toes and hands
or elbows.

- High Plank - A high plank is a


bodyweight exercise that
activates muscle groups
throughout your body
- Cobra Stretch - a gentle
backbend practiced from a face-
down position that warms and
strengthens the spine while
opening the chest.

6.) Bird Dog (Dog Pose) - a


bodyweight exercise that
targets your back
muscles and core
muscles.

7.) Downward Dog - a


position that places
your heart above your
head, allowing gravity
to increase blood flow
and improve your
circulation.
8.) Plank Series:

- Elbow Plank - an isometric


exercise for core stability,
where you hold a position
comparable to a push-up for as
long as you can.

- High Plank - a bodyweight


exercise that activates muscle
groups throughout your body.

9.) Squat Series:

- (After Downward dog align feet


with hands, then hands Up while
squatting, then stand while hands
are up and reverse.)
