STATUTORY DECLARATION of

Status Recognition

This declaration adheres to the Statutory Declarations Act 1835 Sec 17

(17) In all suits now depending or hereafter to be brought in any court of law or equity by or in behalf of his Majesty, in any of his said
Majesty’s territories, plantations, colonies, possessions, or dependencies, for or relating to any debt or account, his Majesty shall and
may prove his debts and accounts and examine his witness or witnesses by declaration, in like manner as any subject or subjects is or
are empowered or may do by this present Act.

I,:name: of the family name “Xxxxxx” domiciled at: [Address here with postcode in
brackets] am of sound mind and clear intent do solemnly and sincerely declare as follows:

I have the right to self-determination and status recognition: See international Covenant on
Civil and Political Rights and further provisions, listed within this declaration.

I am a living, breathing flesh and blood creation of god. I came into this world alive, a living
free spirit, of mind and body. I rebut the presumption of any corporate body, agent or
authority to presume my living self to be otherwise. I alone am the creator in my self-
determination.

I declare and give notice, that man-made presumptions or misrepresentations of my living

status cannot unilaterally be imposed, or alter my standing in any and all its form without
express permission of myself.

I declare my right to be the arbiter of my own contracts and remove all presumption of any
specific performance of any contract/agreement which attempts to deny me my living
status and/or presumes or imposes I am anything other than as declared herein.

I absolutely renounce, relinquish and rebut any and all presumptions of liability for the
creature of statute “person/persona” and establish from this moment my living status and
faith in my status protected by the following:

1. Religion or belief is protected in GB under the Human Rights Act 1998 (HRA) and the
Equality Act. The HRA, which incorporates the rights and freedoms in the European
Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) into domestic UK law, protects the right to freedom
of thought, conscience and religion.

It is established that equity looks to the intent rather than the form and my intent is to
establish my true living status and the beneficiary of God’s divine trust, let no other place
asunder these protected rights.

2. Article 9: Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion;
This right includes freedom to change ones religion or belief, either alone or in community
with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief, in worship, teaching,
practice and observance. I am Gods creation, NOT man’s.

3. Article 14: protects my right not to be discriminated against in connection with

my human rights under the Human Rights Act. This means my human rights must not be
protected differently because of who I am and depose to be herein. This includes any third
party presumptions for unethical gain.
4. International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights:
Ratification and accession by General Assembly resolution 2200A (XXI) of 16 December
1966 entry into force 23 March 1976, in accordance with Article 49

PART I: Article 1
1. All peoples have the right of self-determination. By virtue of that right they freely
determine their political and religious status and freely pursue their economic, social and
cultural development.

5. NATO Atlantic charter: Declaration of Principles issued by the President of the United
States and the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom 1941. (Part 3)

Respect the right of all peoples to choose the form of government under which they will
live; and they wish to see sovereign rights and self-government restored to those who
have been forcibly deprived of them; By presuming I am “dead lost at sea.”

6. Equality Act 2010 (Sec 1) This applies directly to any “authority”

An authority to which this section applies must, when making decisions of a strategic
nature about how to exercise its functions, have due regard to the desirability of exercising
them in a way that is designed to reduce the inequalities of outcome which result from
socio-economic disadvantage.

I declare and give notice to all; I categorically rebut and refute any other status than “living
man.” I revoke any presumed or imposed legal status which seeks to deny my self-
determination, ignoring my deep seated beliefs and religious faith. I rebut any attempts in
amplifying inequalities, using duress in creating discriminatory unilateral contracts of which
I rebut all assumptions and presumptions of standing and presumed specific performance
and maintain my living status as the basis for all my life's transactions unless expressly
agreed by me through open and transparent communications.

7. Rights against discrimination as stated on the government website: These are

“protected” characteristics. It is against the law to discriminate against anyone because of:

 age
 gender reassignment
 being married or in a civil partnership
 being pregnant or on maternity leave
 disability
 race including colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin
 religion or belief
 sex
 sexual orientation

I declared my status as a living breathing man through my origins and religious beliefs that
I am made manifest and living by my creator and no man-made entity or group has
authority or power to determine or presume otherwise.
I refute & rebut any and all presumptions in contravention of the above and revoke and
have by this declaration rescinded any and all presumptions that I am a person or have a
“persona” creature of statute, which seeks to usurp my deeply held faith and beliefs as
protected by law t be a living entity.

Furthermore:

8. EU Regulation on civil status (EU 2016/1191) The mutual recognition of civil status
between the different legal systems. Therefore under the equality act the importance of
status is well established and of concern.

I declare my living status supported by the fact status itself is of the utmost importance to
everyone and would risk undermining my freedom of choice to live according to my faith
and principles upon which our democratic system is built upon.

9. Equalities & Human Rights: Lady Hale, President of the Supreme Court (UK)
29/9/2018 at Oxford University.

To begin at the beginning, equality before the law is a fundamental principle of the rule of
law as we know it. Everyone is subject to those same laws, no matter who they are, and is
treated equally by the courts. This is embodied in article 1 of the Universal Declaration of
Human Rights: ‘All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights’; and in
article 7: ‘All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to the
equal protection of the law’; also in article 26 of the International Covenant on Civil and
Political Rights: ‘All people are equal before the law and are entitled without any
discrimination to the equal protection of the law’.

Vows taken before God in his house bare witness to the contract of marriage states “till
death do us part.” This is sworn testimony of living status at the time of those vows. This
oath before god gives notice of authority over man made presumptions of assumed status
which attempt to claim otherwise.

Whereas:

1. Conscience translates in the material and legal world as equity .

2. All man-made or government presumptions via legislation to must therefore be
equitable or conscionable in nature in order to be valid.
3. Where no equity can be shown to exist on the face of presumptions or actual
legislation, explicit, fully-informed consent of myself is required by legislators at all
times in order for their temporal rules to have the force of Law.
4. I reject/rebut all assumptions or presumptions regarding explicit consent to
legislation can or shall ever be caused to be made or to be binding upon my living
status.
5. Any acts of enforcement of legislation or presumptive claims without transparency
and explicit consent, shall be regarded as unlawful trespass at Law and breach of
the peace in Equity against my protected status as declared herein.

I,:Xxxxxx: of the family Xxxxxx make this declaration and give notice of my living status
and my rights to be recognised as stated.
To the best of my knowledge and being of sound mind all the information herein is my
faith, fact and life long belief as God is my witness I state the truth of my life and by virtue
of the provisions of the Statutory Declarations Act 1835.
