Fundamentals:
Frequencies of Childhood
RECORD PLAYER

A vinyl record player is made by grooving or engraving a 3 dimensional


waveform into a polyvinyl chloride disk. A needle is then ran along the
groove, vibrating the handle of the needle. That vibration travels up the
arm and is then amplified out the cone of the record player compressing
the air around it which is read by receptors in our ears as sound.

The imprint of vibrations recorded by


the mind as a child serves as a
template for our thoughts, words and
actions as adults. It gets replayed
every time we put that disk on.

There is a reason most therapy is


focused on childhood traumas. If the
signal is unclear, improperly
processed, or suppressed, The signal
must be made aware by the conscious
mind to be modified in the
subconscious.

Proof not Promises is what we are


after. By proving to the subconscious
that the signal was misinterpreted or of
a false nature, that is the first step in
modifying a habit, tendency, behavior,
or predisposition.

Many unwanted behaviors or traits are


not even our own. They are installed in
the mind by others. If we take an
honest look at the qualities we exhibit,
are those our own consciously built
qualities or could they have been
installed or copied from another
person?

Persuasion
LESSONS FROM A SCAMMER
A person who scams others presents an offer that is worth the loss of
money through fear or falsely inflated potential gain. There would have
been no intent to scam without a motivating cause, the scammer just
understood the principle of Resonance.

There exists a Goldilocks zone that disarms the mind.

Invest $1 today and get $1,000,000 in return. Clearly a scam. Invest $1


today and in 1 year it will be worth $1.02. Most likely not a scam, but not
worth it. Invest $1 today and you will get $100 the end of the year, not
high enough to trigger a defense, not too low to lose interest. This is the
resonant zone. With resonant offers, we must carefully examine not only
the offer but the person making such a claim.

THE X-RAY OF INTENT


Do not look at the person on the surface, they are veiled by the thought
forms controlling them. This read by the body as sketchy, suspicious
behavior, or unclear communication. Look through this facade, it is
constructed to conceal the entity.

Silence is the only thing they respond to. They cannot sit still for long.
GAUGING INTENT
Car salesmen have 1 intention. Make the sale, make the money. A
Chevrolet salesman will gladly jump ship for Ford if the margins are
higher, they do not care about the brand, we know this.

High pressure sales situations make us uncomfortable because there are


many mixed signals floating about. The car salesman must first make
small talk and resonate with the customer on a friendly level, neutralizing
the vibration their intent which is to make money when we know they are
only being nice to make money.

Psychological techniques amplify the pain of the buyer and reduce the
difficulty in purchasing a vehicle, which do not harmonize with the friendly
signals at first. We have interference.

So how do we avoid this trap and avoid buying something we truly did not
want to buy? We do what this entire book is designed to do: take the
power back.

Car salesman are only effective at selling to uneducated buyers. If a


person knows a car is being sold for $30,000 from the manufacturer, they
have a pre-approved loan at an interest rate that is favorable to both the
bank and the person, they know the options and warranty they would like,
and are ready to purchase the vehicle, what power does the car salesman
have to negotiate with?

They then must explain away every extra charge they attempt to add to
the final purchase price for what it is, a way to increase margins for the
dealership.

Awareness is the first step to wisdom.


Herd Mentality
Herd mentality is a useful survival mechanism. Threats from the
environment can be communicated through others to warn us of
impending danger. Following the heard can be detrimental as well.

Shielding one's mind from the grip of herd mentality requires a conscious
and deliberate approach. First and foremost, cultivating self-awareness,
as always, is key.

By regularly examining and questioning one's beliefs, values, and


decisions, individuals can develop a stronger sense of autonomy and
critical thinking. It is essential to seek diverse perspectives and challenge
the status quo, fostering an open mind that is receptive to alternative
viewpoints.

We cannot rest in assumption. Look around, most people are stuck in a


haze and only awake when there is clear and present danger. The vast
majority of the other time is spent in an unconscious haze.

With Herd Mentality, always ask if the belief is based in a rational or


irrational belief. Critical analysis here is key and a balance must be struck
between the ignorance and action through emotion.

Setting personal boundaries is another crucial aspect of protecting one's


mind. Establishing clear values and principles helps individuals resist the
pressure to conform blindly to the collective, allowing them to stay true
to themselves and their own convictions.

Additionally, nurturing independent thinking through continuous learning


and intellectual curiosity provides a solid foundation for resisting herd
mentality. Engaging in introspection, meditation, or journaling can also
help individuals connect with their inner voice and strengthen their ability
to make independent judgments. Ultimately, by cultivating self-
awareness, maintaining individuality, and fostering critical thinking, one
can shield their mind from the influence of herd mentality and lead a more
authentic and fulfilling life.
Relationships
Quite possibly the most important section of Energetic Shielding has to do
with the way relationships affect us on a personal level. Most people
share the experience of watching a friend become completely engulfed in
a romantic relationship. The person becomes distant with friends, stops
going out, becomes lazy and less motivated, along with a host of other
symptoms of comfort.

COMFORT
Comfort is the enemy of progress. In all respects. Relationships are no
different. If we extrapolate this situationship into to a marriage, it's no
mystery that we see significant numbers of divorce, infidelity, obesity,
and overall unhappiness around us. Tolerating a person out of comfort is
the quickest way to stagnation. This negative energy marinates in the
stagnant waters of comfort in relationships with others.

It does not mean relationships must always be uncomfortable. Quite the


opposite. Being honest and selective with the people in our lives creates
a harmonious structure for everyone and a pleasant environment to exist
in. This is true comfort, that can only be achieved by first having
uncomfortable conversations with others.
THE RULES
Boundaries, communication, and honestly are an unavoidable necessity in
any relationship and appear to be the most difficult thing in the world for
most. Let's look at how these can wreck a persons entire life.

Boundaries: The fear of setting a boundary with a romantic partner


ultimately stems from a lack of self confidence. Think. The person is so
scared to lose a partner because they either provide parts of a
personality that is lacking, or the person feels they could not find another
person that good if they were to leave.

This leaves room for the partner to abuse the things the person does not
like. Over time resentment builds and non confrontation and leads to
argument, stress, divorce, and trauma.

Communication: Boundaries cannot be known or respected without


communication. If the other person does not want to respect the boundary
it will never lead to a positive outcome because their thoughts are not
harmonious. It cannot be any other way.

Honesty: Honesty with the other person and the self are necessary. For
example; if a person is jealous because their partner wants to go out
alone with friends, that is not a problem with the partner it is a problem
with the jealous person as we touched upon previously.

These may sound overused, but it's because they are true. Not just for
normal everyday relationships. Dan Bilzerian may be the most famous
playboy in the world. He appears to have an unlimited stream of the most
attractive women in the world knocking on his door at all times. How does
a person like Dan shield himself from just one out of the hundreds of
women he dates locking him into a toxic relationship like many people we
know?

It is because most people are not honest with their boundaries. Promising
the other person things they have no intent on committing to, like
monogamy, just to get a short term pleasure. This evolves into comfort,
where the person then has to defend this inauthentic front, attempting to
live out their true intent behind the persons back.

Alchemists do not waste time entertaining these thoughts or situations.


ENERGETIC EXCHANGE

Being around people for an extended period of time merges the


frequencies of the two. The experience of watching someone change just
by dating a person or gaining a new friend group is common. Qualities are
absorbed or blended to create more social cohesion, but what is lost in
the process?

We must be careful not to lose sight of our intent or goals when meeting
new people. It is an exciting experience and one of the most rewarding
aspects of life, but we must be aware of the influence others have over
our subconscious.

Time masks slow change. Periodically evaluate internal states and


question if they are aligned with intent. If they are not, locate the origin to
the change. If it is the quality of another person, assess if there needs to
be a boundary erected to shield that behavior from becoming part of the
persona or if awareness alone can solve the problem.
Internal Signals:
Your Waveguide

Conscious mind is the gateway to the subconscious. We must know what


signals are and how to interpret them properly, or be run by them. The
mind builds the channels for the subconscious energy to flow. The
subconscious does not know where it’s going, it is just the motor. A
symbiotic relationship must be built between the conscious mind giving
the direction and the subconscious following orders. The subconscious
opens the prison door of your mind if it is allowed, but accepts any seed,
good or bad.

The mind teaches the body chemically to understand what it has


understood mentally. It downloads the signals from the mind, then installs
the biological upgrades and muscle memory to the body for the new
reality you are shifting into. The return to that action, or reaction, is built
in the brain as the neuron receivers tune to the area where the information
of the experience is stored in the field. The first instance of this is called
epiphany.

Remember, the brain only stores information regarding the vibratory


signals required for operating the human body, “muscle memory”. The
brain is a receiver, Tuning the receiver is how you change brain structure
to realign a new reality. The actions can never happen if they are not first
a desire with the intended process. Use the following internal signals as a
guide for tuning frequencies to an intended outcome.
Architecture
MENTAL ARCHITECTURE

It's all in your head. Anything you wish to do is not only possible, it exists
already in another reality. We've learned how imagination is just tuning into
the frequency of another reality and now we are going to create the
architecture in the mind to move to it.

Everything must start with feeling. Start by deconstructing the feelings


that limit growth. We are only the observers of feeling. If something is
observed, by definition the observer and the thing observed cannot be the
same. A glass cup is not you. The act of observing feelings means we
cannot be them.

We must must slow down and organize these feelings, keeping what is
useful and shedding complex or unnecessary ones. This is how to
increase the frequency of mind. The greatest thinkers in history from
Pythagoras to Newton to Einstein, Ghandi to MLK, all the way to
professional athletes have installed mental architecture allowing them to
surpass the capabilities of the average person. Is your intent to clarify
your thoughts into a structure similar to the masters? If so, focus on
intention in every single scenario.

If you build the prison yourself, you can tear it down yourself.
THOUGHT FORMS

What will happen next is something that cannot be undone. Alchemists


call these thought forms and they are the framework of belief systems
installed into our minds and the minds of others. Think of them like
software or a phone app.

Religion, political affiliation, racism, philanthropy.. these are all thought


forms. They are an architecture built by another person, packaged up in
persuasive communication, and installed into the mind of another person.
These thought forms can bring the world to its knees with war, or lift it to
the heavens through inspiration.

My intention with the rest of this book is to provide thought forms that
provoke thought and provide ultimate control over your reality. If at any
moment you have doubt, go within yourself and ask if this form is trying to
manipulate you or if your subconscious is holding on to its previous form.
With this framework we will be build the structure for the subconscious to
follow the excitements of life to discover purpose, fulfillment, and unlock
unlimited energy and motivation. If you do not wish to move in this
direction here is where our journey ends.

Becoming The
Master Architect
The negative thought forms will be exposed for what they truly are, a
figment of the imagination and a construct of fear. Once we realize how
preposterous, impractical, and nonsensical these beliefs are then we can
remove them entirely. Awareness is the key to unlocking these prisons.
Once installed you will never be able to return to them the same.
Positive Polarity:
Simply Listen
TRUST YOURSELF AGAIN
Submitting to the Negative sensations of life can be frustrating. How do
we read and reside in the positive? Analysis of these sensations can
enlighten the path to raising the level of awareness above the
attachments of the ego. The body's intelligence is vast and ancient, learn
to communicate with it.

AWARENESS: THE KEY


As awareness grows you can disassociate from and dissolve the
unconsciously crafted identity, Freeing up your awareness to build the
new identity of your choosing. Shed the weaknesses and reassemble the
strengths in the new direction. You must be aware to care.
CODE OF COGNITION
The Brain only translates signals from higher frequencies to your physical
body. The body's muscles and organs then processes the signals sent
from the brain and acts accordingly in the physical world. These signals
are then transmitted to others through your body language, emotion, and
speech. The importance of controlling these signals cannot be
understated.

The organs process the inputs you give it from the physical environment,
food, dangers, water quality, sickness, allergy.. This is how it knows what
signals to trigger genes, activating in DNA abilities survive in the
environment. People who live in a cold climate "climatize" to tolerate
much colder temperatures than those in the tropics. The cold signals are
interpreted by the body and DNA acts accordingly.

DNA is the Operating System of the Body. 98.5% of the code in DNA is
still a mystery to science. No study has ever proven conclusively what
the “junk DNA” is doing there. Some speculate this is the leftover
baggage from our evolution as a species. If the body is efficient enough
to survive in every climate imaginable on this planet, we would assume it
would be efficient enough to rid itself of useless DNA if thats the case.

What if we could influence the activation of parts of this junk DNA? Could
we awaken latent abilities we once had?

How do we turn on this code?


COGNITIVE MASTERY: CONTROLLING YOUR MENTAL
LANDSCAPE
Thoughts are the vibrations that other things respond to, think about
breathing, blinking, or moving your pinky and you can. The cells of your
body know no other master than you, their will is not separate from yours
nor is their intelligence. Let no thought or feeling into your mind that you
do not want to manifest. Withdraw attention from anything that does not
support your intent.

Thought vibration gets “translated” by the senses into reaction, facial


expression, body language, and words. This is why congruency is aligning
thoughts, words and action. The signal cannot be faked. A liar has
reaction in heart rate, eye movement, muscle twitch, and a host of other
tells. Poker is a game based off of this. The most intimidating people in
the world sit unreactive and let others expose their true intent.

Moods are the sum of the positive or negative thoughts we think about at
any given time.

The mind educates the subconscious which programs the body


chemically to understand what it has understood mentally. The pathway
to repeating the reaction is built by mental signals that generate
electricity from the piezoelectric crystals in the pineal. Piezoelectricity is
the act of compressing a crystal, releasing electricity stored in the
crystal. This is how Quartz watches work.

When you have an epiphany, something just clicks, the “ah hah” moment,
that is when you have connected to your alignment in the field. A pathway
has been revealed to manifesting it in the physical. This higher frequency
resonates with the thalamus, a grey matter bridge in the brain that can
expand and contract connecting the two hemispheres. This expansion
compresses the crystals in the pineal generating the electrical signal to
build the pathway architecture to the field where that thought resides.
We can return to this memory or epiphany any time we wish after it has
been installed into the structure of the brain. Muscle memory is physical
interpretation of this pathway.

Tuning this receiver of your brain is how you realign to a new reality. This
implies retro-causation, meaning actions can never happen if they are not
first a desire with intended process, or a vision of the future. The future
literally influences the present, and you control it all.
ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM

We measure brain signals with a device called an EEG. It divides the


signals the brain emits up into Alpha, Beta, Delta, Theta, and Gamma
based off of frequency, or speed of the wave. Gamma frequency is
feeding more energy to the brain. There is a specific pathway to gamma
frequency and that is the process of attaining flow state. The waves are
like a volume knob on a stereo. We cannot immediately go from Delta to
Gamma, we must amplify the waves through specific processes. Here are
the states:

Delta = Restorative Deep Sleep, Recovery


Theta = Deep Meditation, Imagery, Intuition
Alpha = Relaxation, Calmness, Creativity
Beta = Alert, Engaged Work, Conversation, Stress, Decision Making
Gamma = Perception, Simultaneous processing from multiple areas of
the brain

Manipulating these brain states is crucial for controlling the body in


reality. If we want it to be at peak performance, we cannot tell it to do
that in a Delta or Theta wave state.

The brain is a beautiful fat pink elephant. Now we are aware of the
elephant and how it bridges the connection between our physical world
and the invisible. We must become the rider, an advisor to assist the
elephant in making better choices. It is a powerful creature, and can be
controlled and directed to move incredible weight with the proper
guidance.

We must retrain the elephant.


CONSCIOUS VS SUBCONCIOUS

Conscious mind is the gateway to the subconscious. Consciousness is


non local, meaning it is not contained inside the body, this has been
known since Ancient Egypt. Science is hellbent on analyzing and
discovering where consciousness originates from. This is futile. Like
trying to find the specific location for a Radio or WiFi signal with your
eyes, it is beyond knowing with our limited perception.

Dreams and imagination are going back into the field and exploring other
parts of this reality, even other realities, the possibilities are endless. To
make the dream a reality we must bridge the gap between our current
position and the new reality imagined. The conscious mind creates the
bridge and guides the subconscious down the path ensuring its safety
along the way. This builds trust between the trainer and elephant.

Your conscious mind, the one that is reading this, builds this path with
channels inside the brain structure for the subconscious energy to flow.
The subconscious does not know where it’s going it is just the motor like
an RC car.

Raise the conscious mind above the vibration of the unconscious plane of
mental activity to build the correct pathways. This way the negative swing
of the pendulum isn’t manifested in consciousness.
ARMOR OF AWARENESS: WIN THE BATTLE WITHIN
Do not be at war with your body to achieve this. Befriend it. It does what
it is programmed to do, eat, sleep, rest, reproduce. That keeps you alive,
be grateful.

Give it what it needs, but you must restrain it. Falling prey to excess or
scarcity is abusing the principle of polarity and the principle of rhythm
will guarantee an equal momentum in the opposite direction.

Be hyper aware of feeling. Base desires like Hunger, Fatigue, Arousal are
in fact guides, though acting on them without thought will almost always
result in regret.

We must be aware of the subconscious desires, not become them.


Conscience moving through neurological tissue is mind becoming matter.

Our goal is Mind over Matter.


CULTIVATING CLARITY

Without clarity in the path to a new reality, it is uncertain. People


obsessed with their craft and know their purpose are unobstructed by the
distraction others are obsessed with. They know they can do nothing
about these issues, so they only focus on things which they can control.

Clarity of purpose redirects energy wasted on things we have no control


over, and diverts it directly into the channel of achieving the goal. They
are blinders to the things we can do nothing about like gas prices, war,
celebrity, or gossip. An alchemist knows that in times of crisis, they have
all the faculties ever needed to solve the problem. They can connect to
the present flow state of the field where all answers and possibilities
exist instantaneously. With enough mental power, that he has developed,
he can use it to connect his structure to it faster and more effectively
than anyone else, giving him superhuman-like ability to handle any
situation that he chooses. He just chooses to apply it to his intent.

GAME OF LIFE
Video games are addicting because they offer a clear path out of the trap
of being unskilled, and into the fun of being max level. It is a
manufactured sense of clarity in an imaginary world. Complete missions,
gain experience, acquire tools, compete with others on a similar level,
progress. As above so below, if we know a clear path out of the rat race
we can get there.

Eventually, You can break the rules at your will because your character is
so high level it can navigate it effortlessly. This is the level some people
achieve in our reality. The question is, do you wish to play someone else's
game or your own?

Intent

DESIRE VS. INTENT


There exist two buckets in your mind. One is full of your desires; wealth,
relationships, health, experiences, and material things. The other is the
bucket of intent. This bucket is nearly dry in the vast majority of the
population.

We must fill the bucket of intent with the contents of desire. Do this by
using the principle of gender to create a vision of a perfect reality in your
head. Use the left brains analytical faculties to reason the path to get
there.

VISUALIZATION: RIGHT BRAIN CREATION


Visualizing tunes you to the wavelength of the new reality like a Radio
station. We merge what we know now with the vision of the future and
analyze to see if it is possible. On that wavelength, you combine the
skills you’ve built in your current brain structure with the the skills you
must acquire to be that person. New, novel, ideas originate here, they are
not random.

DETERMINATION: LEFT BRAIN WILLPOWER


Determination is the positive polarity of procrastination. It comes with the
clarity of purpose and plan of execution. Determination is confidence in
the ability to execute on an intended outcome. If you are determined in a
particular area of life, it has most likely come with large amounts of
struggle learning and attaining the skills necessary to focus and see an
intent through to completion. To acquire the skill of determination clarity
of intent must be organized into a plan with executable steps within the
capabilities of the person. If the person is not capable of achieving the
intent, more knowledge and skills must be acquired, that is the price
every human must pay.
EFFORTLESS FOCUS OF FLOW STATE
Flow state is well ordered consciousness connecting to the field using
muscle memory and technical knowledge gained during practice, which
built the mental structure. Artists, Athletes, and Professionals access
flow because their skills are so great they do not have to divert the
energy of focus on learning technique or programming muscle memory.
Energy is channeled up the structure into the neurons (antennae) used to
connect to the field for instantaneous creativity paired with skills to make
it a reality. The greater the skill the stronger the creative connection
becomes, more power is used for idea generation instead of muscle
memory.

THE FLOW CODE: HARMONIZING SKILL, CHALLENGE,


AND FOCUS
To do anything proficiently requires motion, that motion requires an
action, the action must be believed consciously that it moves in the right
direction, that thought must have come from an intent to do the move in
that direction, and that intent must first have come from a idea of what
that experience would be like and a desire to experience it.

When we are proficient with that motion, we can perform the action nearly
subconsciously. When you pair an expertly developed skill with a high
speed connection to the filed of possibility, you achieve flow state.

This Flow comes from a challenge that is within, or just outside the ability
to handle. A challenge in this "sweet spot" locks the mind into searching
the field for the correct solution because it is so close the person can
visualize it clearly. This unlocks a tunnel-like focus where only the most
urgent external stimuli could withdraw it.
EPHIPHANY
Epiphany is an overwhelming feeling of understanding. As soon as an
epiphany occurs write it down to solidify it in memory. It was clearly
important enough to interrupt your day, do not disrespect the gift by
letting it go back into the field without nailing down its location.

EXCITEMENT (POSITIVE ANXIETY POLARITY)


Excitement is the positive polarity of future projection. Anxiety is its
negative counterpart. Excitement is confidence in the ability to have a
good time with an experience. Use this as a guide to point you in the
direction of what is truly desired, and focus intent on creating more
experiences around these excited states.

High Vibration:
Understanding Emotional
Indicators
TELEPATHY/SYNCHRONICITY
Telepathy is just being on the same wavelength as another mind, it is not
reading their mind, it is reading your own mind through harmonious
connection. If you feel like you have a telepathic connection with a
person, they are synchronized to the same wavelength you would like to
be on. Due Diligence is required to determine if the other persons intent
is genuine, but generally this is someone who would fit well in a new
reality.

SEXUAL TENSION (POSITIVE POLARITY)


Sexual tension is a signal harmonizing with your own in an exciting
manner. Pieces of that person, or aspects that you wish to embody, are
being called upon by the subconscious to be experienced. If you are in a
relationship this can be confusing and a part of that signal is lacking in
your current relationship.
It is the prison holding more souls captive than any government ever
could. It commits war crimes like torture, isolation and manipulation. It is
the most elegant form of incarceration Human beings have ever created
for themselves.

Escaping the Vortex


of Negativity

In this section we will become free from the negative polarity of


destructive thought and emotion. We will deconstruct the most
debilitating mental states and expose the weak tactics used by these
though forms to hold our minds captive.
The Reality of
Illusion
Why do we need multiple witnesses in a court trial for eyewitness
accounts to be verified? Why do lie detectors exist? We know that glass
is a liquid, fire and electricity are the same state, mercury is a liquid
metal, and light can behave as a particle or a wave depending on if it's
observed or not. These paradoxes seem unrealistic to senses that are
tuned to operate within a specific band of reality to survive.

Can we trust the senses?

Unconscious action is never the correct
direction of the Alchemist. It will always
result in unexpected consequences. The
following sections will explain the nature of
each behavior as well as the nonsensical
belief systems behind them.

The Senses, Feeling, and Memory cannot be trusted. If we are lazy and
assume fact from any of these without conscious analysis, we leave
ourselves open for deception and headache in the future.

All Negative Behaviors Are a Consequence of an Overly Complex Belief


we cannot make sense of. One may choose to keep any of these beliefs.
That may be the lesson you are here to learn.

The emotions of love and sex may easily override facts and render the
faculty of reason useless. Do not let them do it. Hatred, Anger, Jealousy,
Fear, Revenge, Greed, Vanity, Egotism, Procrastination and the desire for
something from nothing. These emotions frequently distort facts.

To become an Alchemist and learn to undo these processes, you must


know how to find the belief that replaces the complicated one causing the
problem, and install it immediately. Many take years or even a lifetime to
implement them, that is a conscious choice. You may take longer if you’d
like, but know that the new belief, just by experiencing it in thought alone,
it is already in place when you thought it.
GUILT & SHAME

The lowest level of the conscious spectrum. Those who reside here are
often referred to as being at rock bottom. The only level lower is non-
existence. These levels should be taken extremely seriously and handled
by professionals. This vibration is very suggestible, wrong words or
thought forms to those in this vibration can be catastrophic.

TRAUMA
Often times trauma is not self inflicted. Consciousness has one motive,
growth. Trauma is not random, It’s not actually even trauma, it’s initiation.
Initiation into a person you must become for a certain situation.
Overcoming bullying as a child gifts you tools to help others deal with
their trauma. Over time enough people join in solving the problem and we
move society forward as a species. Segregation and Women's Rights are
perfect examples of this.

Absurdity: To assume we know the plan of the universe and it has


conspired against us is to assume we know more than it does. We do not
know the plan of the universe, we just know that it is happening exactly as
it should. This would imply that a tornado hitting a trailer park did so
because the people there were bad people. Events happen as an
opportunity for growth, a challenge to see if your vibration is ready to be
increased or stay where it is. We may not understand it but there exists no
other explanation that aligns with the 7 principles.

SELF SABOTAGE
Guilt and shame find outlets in the physical by form of self destructive
behaviors. This could be self sabotage or even self harm. The vibration
comes from an unworthy sense of self. This could have come from
interactions with others or an event in the persons life that led them to
believe they had acted in a way that was unacceptable to others.

Absurdity: The arrogance to believe that one is going to be perfect at


every single thing the very first time they do it goes against every law of
nature. The universe is constantly growing, changing, and moving, by the
principle of vibration. We must adapt to these vibrations which takes
practice as well as an understanding that we cannot learn how to operate
in this world effectively without first going through trials and errors.
APATHY

PROCRASTINATION
Procrastination is holding on to a life that you’re used to, comfortable
with. This stems from a fear of change. You do not fear the cold water of
a swimming pool, you fear the transition from hot to cold. You do not fear
success you fear the lifestyle change that comes with success and
becoming uncomfortable with the transitions you know you must make. If
I make more money I will have to work more than I am right now and that
sounds painful. If this is currently causing suffering, can we not agree
that the current lifestyle must be changed?

Show the body that doing something productive is way more exciting than
whatever it is that it wants to do like be lazy, take drugs, party, or
masturbate.. The subconscious gets rewarded with cheap dopamine and
that must be redirected. If you’re not at rock bottom or an emotional
leverage point then you cannot quit cold turkey. The body was trained
that this was the norm, and now it must be convinced that that is not the
way. Its consciousness is that of an infant it does not know any better.
You would not call a baby lazy. start rewarding it instead of caving to it. If
you want a drink, don’t drink it while you work, drink it after your work is
finished.

Absurdity: Believing that "I will get to it at


some point", making a to-do list, or
putting off a task that could be done
today in exchange for whatever appears
more exciting now is the same as blindly
buying into a get rich quick scheme.
Search your mind, when has taking this
route ever been wise in the long term?
Even if nothing bad happened to you,
understand that the opportunity cost, or
the time spent on that distraction instead
of the intent, was the real cost of the
distraction.
LAZINESS
Not "feeling" up to do something is an opportunity to prove to yourself what
performing at your worst looks like. We are not feelings, only the observer of those
feelings. Transmuting this feeling into action trains the body to respond to the mind
despite its desire for comfort. Comfort equals survival for the subconscious, it is not
it's fault for providing the feeling, it is the fault of the conscious if it is not redirected.

Absurdity: We exist in a time where laziness is even an option. Our lineage can be
traced back to survivors of ancient cataclysmic apocalypse. Environments we would
consider uninhabitable today, were the home to every ancestor who contributed to
the parts of DNA sleeping inside every single one of us, ready to activate when called
upon. Most cannot make it through 5 days of a climate controlled desk job without a
self care day.

Remember your strength. Do not disrespect the giants we stand on the shoulders of.
BRAIN FOG
When someone else is looking for Netflix movies do they ever scroll so fast its
impossible to keep up? The person looking for the next movie is looking at the right
end of the screen reading 4 movies ahead while you’re at the far left side unable to
read the first one before it disappears. Brain fog is a state of mind where the things
we must do are either too numerous and daunting or do not have a clear path to
execution. To fix this you must lead your brain out of the fog. Give it a clear path out
of the fog and it will gladly travel it for you. Predictable productive days are made by
knowing where we are going.

Absurdity: Believing that Brain Fog is just a state of mind one happens to be in through
no fault of their own.

Clarity of intent is always the solution. There is no faster method. With no clarity, the
default channels of procrastination provide the brain with the path of least resistance
to dopamine it wants, locking a person in inaction and lethargy. It literally rewards
itself for nothing.

Ask yourself what your intent for this exact moment is.
DULLNESS OF LIFE
Observe your environment, are the people here where you wish to be? If
not then that is an indicator of change. If you observe nobody in the
immediate area that you would like to be like, talk to, or become friends
with, you are in the wrong place. If you are the smartest person in the
room you need to go to a different room.

Absurdity: As we have seen, the universe is as big cosmically as it is


subatomically. The combined knowledge of all of humanity is at your
fingertips for free. The mind is infinitely powerful, capable, and full of
secrets waiting to be discovered. If your life seems dull, begin by
exploring any of these avenues. Life is not dull, the current experience is
dull by choice.

OVERSLEEPING
Trouble waking up at a reasonable time, with enough sleep, is abnormal.
You are avoiding experiencing the day. Those with a purpose cannot stay
in bed, there is not enough time for them to complete their mission, their
impact is limited by sleep, sleep is only a necessity. Clarity, again, solves
this problem, there is no hack or technique.

Absurdity: Assuming that life is so uninteresting, or challenging, that the


nearly unconscious brain state of sleep is preferable to the wildly intricate
experience of living.

By the principle of mentalism, even existing in this life was a conscious


choice first. Imagine life in this reality as a video game, like The Sims. On
easy mode, the game can be completed in a short time, with little
difficulty. Playing the game this way once or twice may be fun but after
while it would get very dull, it's too easy.

Now if we increase the difficulty, gaining skills and solving problems


requires more thinking and energy, but the reward of completing the game
at this level is far greater than on easy mode.

Perhaps we are playing on hard mode, does this mean the game is out to
get the player? The game does not even exist without a player. If a
person's life is difficult or uninteresting, it is because the player is not
doing what they were meant to do, they're playing on easy when they
chose a different difficulty. That is what is required of the player to
achieve what they desired from the game.
VICE & ADDICTION

Caving to a vice meant the vice was more important than the intended
action. Vice is forcing an emotional state without going through the
process of getting there. Do not feel bad for doing this. Vices are clues to
things we lack.

For Example:

Weed = Relaxation
Alcohol = Removes Inhibition
MDMA = Love, Gratitude
Cocaine = Alertness, Power, Energy
Masturbation = Intimacy/Sexual Contact
Overeating = Security

Delayed gratification and long term satisfaction are the keys this prison.
Rewiring the dopamine circuits for enjoying processes vs outcomes are
the first steps. The delayed gratification rewards are always more
valuable than the immediate. Building a house out of sticks may take a
short time but building out of stone can provide generations of security.

Absurdity: What is the end goal with any substance? Either you are
addicted to it your entire life, completely reliant on it for whatever feeling
desired, or they can be used to supplement life if necessary.

Becoming reliant on the substance removes independence entirely. You


must assume that the substance will always be available and that you will
always have the means to attain it. This is an impossibility.
GRIEF

DEPRESSION (LOSS)
Depression is best explained using the mirror principle. It is the negative
polarity of a wave that was equally high at one point. Sometimes it’s a
short sine wave, sometimes it’s a longer square wave. Mourning a loved
one or a breakup simply means that the experience we had with them
was so valuable and significant to our lives that the rhythmic movement
brought the negative polarity to an equal low.

It becomes even more difficult to polarize to the positive on our own


because the person is gone and cannot be accessed. This creates a loop
in the mind of "what if's" and imaginary conversations we can't have with
them. Doing this repeatedly amplifies that negative signal into an
exponential feedback loop.

We need others to share the weight of grief. This is how humans


overcome the toughest of situations. Those around them give them
energy from the positive polarity, neutralizing their own negative
thoughts. With the help of others over a long enough period of time
these effects can be transmuted into a beautiful memory.

Within the experience of love is the seed of Heartbreak. The only


difference is a function of time. - Robert Edward Grant

Absurdity: Appreciate. There are no depressed toddlers. They do not


exist. There may be sad or frustrated toddlers, but they do not register
that emotion because they have not experienced an equivalent high to
have lost it. To even become depressed means that you must have
reached an equivalent high in the past or are about to experience an
equally intense high in the future, by the principle of rhythm.
FEAR
HESITATION
Hesitation is a guide. There are only two purposes it serves and they both deal with
survival. Hesitation in the good sense is the field asking if you are ready for a transition
life will throw at you if you go through with the action.

Negative Hesitation interferes with the subconscious’ signals. It is a disagreement


between the conscious and subconscious regarding confidence in the ability of the
body to execute the action. To trust yourself and open the flood gates to flow states,
hesitation must be leaned into to discover that it is a figment of the imagination.

If you are hesitating, ask yourself. do I have the necessary


ability to accomplish this or is the body simply fighting the
transition? If you have the ability, then will this change life in a
negative way? If you have the ability and the action does not
hurt anyone, including ones own life ,then hesitation is a signal
that you must move in that direction.

A signal of fear will interfere with this logic. "If I go talk to that
pretty girl her boyfriend may come up and fight me". This is
only because your intention is not aligned, causing your body
to fear that reaction from him. If you are not acting
authentically it will come off as shady to others, including her
and her boyfriend if she does have one.

So what is the remedy to remove fear. To execute this


perfectly you must remove any attachment to the outcome.
You are going to talk to the girl because you are curious if she
is someone you would like to know, because that is the truth.

She may be a toxic person that could ruin your entire life or
have a displeasing personality. If the intent is only to sleep
with her, that would be a subconscious signal to reproduce
interfering with conscious intent to know someone, making the
signal incongruent.

Absurdity: Writing an absurdity for hesitation in itself seems


like an absurdity. Once hesitation is no longer part of the
arsenal of feeling installed in the psyche, unlimited power to
have anything desired is unlocked.

It is the ultimate cheat code to life, the opposing pole being


the ultimate prison. Hesitation is the unlimited field of
possibility knocking on the door of the mind, testing its
resolve. Do we answer it and face it head on? Or hide and
hope it goes away so we can stay in the perceived safety of
the current reality.
ANXIETY (NEGATIVE EXCITEMENT POLARITY)
Anxiety is a fundamentally simple concept. It is the mind projecting a negative future
onto an event that has not happened yet. Observe the audacity of this emotion. A
person feels so confident that a situation will go bad, they force that experience in the
present, creating the future event that very likely would not have happened.

Anxious people have a particular problem with the perceived awkwardness of


socializing. This awkwardness originates from an imagined future world where
interactions with others are weird and people are judging them. They experience that
trauma in the present. Good emotions can also be tapped into instantly by reversing
this process.

The key is to not resist anxiety, it only amplifies the anxiety. You create more
resistance around the resistance and it starts a death spiral that can lead to panic
attacks and unacceptable behavior. Imagine a musician walking too close to a
speaker. The loud shriek comes from the speakers signal traveling into the
microphone which amplifies the signal, then emitted back out the speaker again in a
feedback loop.

The only way to keep from blowing the speaker is to move away from it or turn the
microphone off.

If you accept and surrender, recognizing that this feeling is exactly that, just a feeling,
you transmute the anxiety into excitement and then to power.

Absurdity: Having a negative thought then saying “I shouldn’t have negative thoughts!”
Perceives the thought as negative creating a negative compounding amplification.
This can be done in the positive too, that’s what DJs do when they hook a crowd. The
act of monitoring for the absence of a thought introduces the thought. Controlled
processes tire quickly against the infinite energy of subconscious.

Those who try to deny the truth of this are generally too attached to the previous
subconscious identity to let go and even explore the possibility that how they are
currently living is wrong. All originates in the constructed ego.
INTROVERSION
Are you introverted, or are you fearful of extroversion because that
unknown is uncomfortable? Introversion, at its core, often finds its roots in
the fear of the unknown. Individuals who identify as introverts tend to
exhibit a preference for solitude and introspection, finding solace in their
own thoughts and inner world. This inclination can be traced back to a
deep-seated apprehension of unfamiliar social situations and interactions.
The uncertain and unpredictable nature of social encounters can evoke
anxiety and discomfort, causing introverts to retreat into the comfort of
their own minds. It is within the realm of familiarity and self-reflection that
introverts feel most at ease, finding respite from the overwhelming
external stimuli that can be draining.

Absurdity: Believing some people are just extroverts by nature, gives all
the power of change away to a mysterious force that magically creates
extroverts. Consider their upbringing, were their parents social? Are
yours? Was their friend group pleasurable to be around? Did they have
repeated good experiences while being social? All of these factors
combine either harmoniously or not depending on a persons experience.
To become more extroverted one must have more reference experiences
of having good social interactions.

FEAR OF DEATH
The fear of death is the veil of darkness. It is the fear of not knowing what
is beyond and clinging on to this reality. The harder you cling the more
suppressed the intellect. Psychedelics are incredibly effective at
changing this frequency temporarily. If we can see there is no death and
we are just tuning in to a particular part of this reality, that is the key to
unlocking the ability to create reality.

Absurdity: Assuming this life is the only experience we will ever have.
dreams and imagination and altered states of consciousness not only
exist but are commonplace in everyday life. We are a small part of the
infinite field of consciousness, tuning into the reality created by the
current structure of the brain built by experience. Once the structure is no
longer operating we return back to the field.

Just because there is no cell phone to pick up a signal does not mean the
signal does not exist.
DESIRE

JEALOUSY AND JUDGEMENT


Jealousy is judgement placed on a mindset we are unable to consciously
move into.

If you judge a person for being sexual, ask, I am jealous that you’re so
librated with your sexuality and I cannot overcome my social
programming that says that’s wrong?

Jealousy towards a person who is financially wealthy is a reflection of the


inability to control one's own finances. Addressing the problem removes
the jealousy. It is using the mirror principle (correspondence) to identify
your own faults and the principle of polarity to reverse the effects.

Judgement is the subconscious shedding light on parts of the self that


are difficult to overcome that it identifies in others. By the mirror
principle, a person judging another for being skinny is reflecting the
inability to control the desire to eat.

Absurdity: Assuming judgement does anything more than expose our


weaknesses. Ask, in my life has ever improved by placing a label on
someone just for something they do that is not exactly how we think it
should be done. Nobody is living life in the perfect way and there are
others judging our actions as well.

LUST (NEGATIVE POLARITY)


Desire for a person who does not desire you is the negative polarity of
sexual tension. It is an uncontrollable desire for a person who is not on
the same frequency. This is a cue. Either they have a disharmonious
lifestyle or personality with the lustrous person, or the lustrous person
simply does not have the required qualities the other needs to desire.
Understanding this will remove this feeling entirely by regaining control of
the situation.
PRIDE

DISHONEST COMMUNICATION
All negative signals build upon one another in negative harmonics. Hesitation may be
solved with honest communication. Returning to the example of the pretty girl. Let's
assume the girl's boyfriend did in fact exist and isn't a mental construct of the mind
protecting the body from an imaginary fear. Honest communication is the solution to
a confrontation if it arises. If the boyfriend is angry that a person is talking to his
girlfriend, then we can simply say "I understand, you have a very beautiful girlfriend
and I'll leave you two with that compliment". The fact that he is angry another man
thinks the woman he "loves" is beautiful in itself is absurd. His girlfriend is attractive
and obviously will attract attention from other men. What should be a compliment is
interpreted in a jealous attachment mindset and not your issue. Now the problem is
solved, eliminating the regret of not approaching a pretty woman. It also proved to
the body that it can handle those situations, gaining more power to do so in the
future. It didn't die.

We must give everyone else the opportunity to decide if we are someone they want
to interact with. Nobody can be kept in the dark, if someone is in the dark the full light
cannot be present. Things fester and mold in darkness, they are cleansed in sunlight.

Absurdity: Assuming any individual should be convinced into interacting with another
by veiling true intent, when they would rather be interacting with someone else who
is authentically harmonizing with them. That is a waste of time for everyone involved.

LYING
If a person is not honest enough to share with all involved who they really are and
what they truly prefer, they are not expressing thier authentic self. This will come off
in signals broadcast to others that CANNOT be veiled, and that will be received by
other people creating tension. If you think you are getting away with a lie then you are
mistaken. Thousands upon thousands of years of evolution has given us an uncanny
ability to spot liars. It is a temporary solution with long term sacrifice.

Lying creates tension in relationships that will ultimately find a way to expose
themselves one way or another. Negative tension perceived from another person is a
signal that is incongruent. Thoughts, words, and actions are not aligned.
ANGER
Imagine road rage. Feel the feeling, imagine the person
ignoring you after they cut you off, right now. Feel the
tension, imagine what you would say to them.

Now breathe in and relax every muscle you can. You


probably have to do this a few times. The thought of that
road rage is literally cueing your body up to experiencing
the road rage and it’s non existent. Stressed people are
so tired because their body is experiencing the thought
and feeling of all the things they have to do in the present
moment, draining present energy.

THE PRISON OF "I AM" STATEMENTS

When we say a belief we have to come up with reasons or evidence


supporting it or we would be wrong for saying it.

"I am lazy. I just sit around all day. I just can't get myself to get up"

Rooting a belief in the negative condemns you to a negative mindset


where proving that belief requires being negative.

PRISON: "I am bad at math"


REALITY: I do not find math interesting, nobody has shown me it is
interesting enough to be interested.

PRISON: "I'm bad with names"


REALITY: The person was not interesting enough for you to remember
their name. Nobody has ever forgot the name of a person they were
attracted to and wanted to pursue.

PRISON: "I'm not good with money"


REALITY: I lack the financial education to set myself free

PRISON: "I am lazy"


REALITY: I haven't discovered something interesting enough for me to get
off of the couch and pursue.
