ITALY DISCOUNT CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DEFINITIONS
The present Italy Discount Club terms and conditions (the “Terms”) are specific to and apply solely to any
carriage by air and related services offered by Wizz Air on or connected to a Italian Domestic flight.

Capitalised terms used herein shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the Wizz Air General Conditions
of Carriage unless otherwise provided herein. In case of any discrepancy between the

1.1. “Italy Discount Club” shall mean: the offering by Wizz Air of certain benefits and discounts with
respect to Wizz Air’s service offering within the Scope as per the Terms. There are two types of
“Italy Discount Club”: standard type and group type.
1.2. “Italian Domestic flight” shall mean: a flight operated by Wizz Air on a route directly connecting
2 points within Italy.
1.3. “Booking” shall mean: a confirmed purchase of one or more Tickets.
1.4. “General Conditions of Carriage” shall mean: the general conditions of carriage of any of Wizz
Air Hungary Ltd., Wizz Air UK Limited or Wizz Air Aby Dhabi LLC, as applicable, in each case as
published on the Website and as may be amended from time to time.
1.5. “International flight” shall mean: a flight operated by Wizz Air on a route connecting 2 points
between two different countries.
1.6. “Member” or “You” shall mean: the person in the name of which the Italy Discount Club has
been registered at the time of application for such membership.
1.7. “Additional Customer” shall mean: any person in the name of which a Ticket is issued, if and
to the extent that such Ticket is part of the same Booking as the Ticket issued in the name of
the Member. The number of Additional Customers per Booking shall be no more than [1],
except with respect to the group type of the Italy Discount Club membership in which case the
number of Additional Customers per Booking shall be no more than [5].
1.8. “Passenger” shall mean: any person carried or to be carried on a Flight and holding a valid
Ticket.
1.9. “Ticket” shall mean: means a document (whether in hard copy or electronic form) that is issued
or authorised by or on behalf of Wizz Air evidencing a contract made for the carriage of such
passenger by Wizz Air.
1.10. “Wizz Account Number” shall mean: the 10-digit identification number of the WIZZ Account,
generated upon registration.
1.11. “Wizz Air” or “Us” shall mean: any of Wizz Air Hungary Ltd., Wizz Air UK Limited or Wizz Air
Aby Dhabi LLC., as may be applicable by reference to the operating carrier as identified on the
Ticket.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION

2.1. You can register to join the Italy Discount Club:

• online via our Website or app; or
• via our Call Centre.
2.2. The applicable membership fee will be advised to You at the time of its purchase.
2.3. We reserve the right to (i) refuse membership to any person and (ii) in case of breach of these
Terms and Conditions, terminate membership at any time.

3. PAYMENT OF THE MEMBERSHIP FEE

 3.1. Payment of the annual membership fee shall be made in advance via bank card and/or WIZZ
Credit, at the option of the applicant.

4. BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP

4.1. Italy Discount Club membership entitles Members to special discounted fares and other
benefits might be advised to You from time to time.
4.2. Certain flights (e.g. charters, flights operated for a special event) may be exempted from the
special fares provided for in Italy Discount Club.
4.3. Wizz Air reserves the right to make changes to its route network (including, without limitation,
the suspension of one or more routes) as it deems appropriate from time to time.
4.4. Wizz Air reserves the right to change, enhance or reduce benefits at any time. We may also
impose requirements or restrictions on the use of benefits. Current information on the benefits
is available on wizzair.com under https://wizzair.com/en-gb/information-and-
services/memberships/italy-discount-club.
4.5. In the event that We should be making any changes to applicable benefits available to You
pursuant to Your membership, you shall be entitled to terminate Your membership in writing.
In this case, Clause 6.5 of these Terms applies.
4.6. Benefits are valid for the Member of the given Italy Discount Club and Additional Costumers
included in the same booking.
4.7. Benefits are not available for Passenger(s) booked by You separately.
4.8. Benefits will not be refunded to Members for reservations booked prior to the purchase of the
membership.
4.9. Club membership is non-transferable.
4.10. You shall promptly notify Us upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of Your Club
membership.
4.11. In case of flight changes made by or on behalf of the Member or any Additional Customer,
additional charges, fees or fare increases may be applied.
4.12. Italy Discount Club special fares and other benefits shall be available to the Member and the
Additional Customer (if applicable), provided that the Member is and shall continue to be part
of the same Booking.

5. GENERAL PROVISIONS

5.1. All promotions, fares, and any other special offers made by Wizz Air are subject to the terms
and conditions specifically pertaining to that offer. Unless otherwise agreed by Us, the benefits
of the given Italy Discount Club cannot be combined with other offers.
5.2. Tickets and/or services purchased by using the Italy Discount Club membership shall not be
offered for commercial purposes by You or a third party, including but not limited to internet
auctions or other web-based platforms.
5.3. You shall provide accurate and true personal data when purchasing the Italy Discount Club
membership and shall maintain that data when using any given Italy Discount Club benefits. If
You fail to comply with the above obligation, We reserve the right to terminate Your
membership.
5.4. We reserve the right to unilaterally amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by
publishing the amended Terms and Conditions of Use on the Website.
5.5. Unless specified otherwise herein, to bookings made or services purchased on Our Website by
using the Italy Discount Club membership, the General Conditions of Carriage of the flight
operating Wizz Air entity apply.

6. TERM AND TERMINATION

 6.1. The Italy Discount Club membership commences upon receipt by Us of payment of the
applicable membership fee.
6.2. Your Italy Discount Club membership shall be valid for a period of 12 (twelve) calendar months
commencing on the day of payment of Your membership fee as per Clause 2 hereof.
6.3. Your eligibility Italy Discount Club benefits shall cease upon termination, cancelation or
expiration of Your membership as per the terms hereof.
6.4. Wizz Air shall be entitled and reserves the right to terminate with immediate effect Your
membership in case of any fraudulent behaviour, act of bad faith, misuse, breach of these
Terms, or breach of our General Conditions of Carriage by You or any Additional Customer.
6.5. Membership fees shall be non-refundable, including in the event of early termination or
otherwise.

7. USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

7.1. By purchasing Italy Discount Club membership, You agree to Wizz Air processing Your personal
data in accordance with the Privacy Notice.

8. GOVERNING LAW

8.1. These Terms are subject to Hungarian law and the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Hungarian
Courts.
