CONCLUSIONS

▪ Governments all over the globe have announced major initiatives to

support the massive deployment of hydrogen.
▪ Cummins has acquired key hydrogen technologies (water
electrolysis, fuels cells and hydrogen storage tanks)
▪ Cummins offers both alkaline & PEM electrolyzers, but has a clear
focus on PEM technology for large scale Power-to-X projects
operated dynamically (5-125%) in combination with renewables
(wind and solar)
▪ Cummins HyLYZER®-1000 PEM electrolyzer is easy to integrate
by EPC companies in 10-100 MW projects
▪ Cummins is preparing the Next Generation of PEM electrolyzers
for 100MW+ projects “BIGGER IS CHEAPER!”
