I Jameel Ahmed S/o Ashique Hussain Muslim Adult by
caste Chandio R/o Behind police station Eid Gaah Road Shahdadpur
district Sanghar do hereby state on oath as under;
1: That I am counsel of plaintiff in the above matter and am fully
conversant with the facts of the matter.
2: That, the accompanying application Under Order 05 Rule 20 has
been drafted and moved by me under instruction of plaintiff.
3: That the defendant is residing permanently on the given address of
plaint.
4: That the defendant has deliberately and intentionally avoided
attending this Honorable Court though he is fully aware about the suit
pending before this Honorable Court.
5: That there is no possibility of service through ordinary mode of
service.
6: That in the above circumstances it is necessary for service of
summons upon the defendant through the substitute service through
Newspaper.
