Mitch McDeere is a promising young lawyer who is lured by prestigious law firm –

Bendini, Lambert & Locke. McDeere is unaware of the firm’s criminal ties to the Mafia, but his
existence caused the members fear for a potential threat of initiating surveillance through phone
taps. Mitch becomes really absorbed with his work and soon discovers suspicious deaths of his
colleagues along with the ominous activities within the firm. Little did he know, Agent Wayne
Tarrance who leads the FBI, warns him about the firm’s dark secrets that are unknown to the
world. With that, McDeere hires a private investigator, Eddie Lomax, to dig into the firm’s
background in the hopes to find out their secrets. McDeere is entangled with a web of seduction
during a trip to Cayman Island with photo captured by an unknown perpetrator, coerced by
DeVasher. Lomax, who was investigating the firm for McDeere, is murdered, so McDeere
collaborates and joins forces with the FBI where he meets Voyles who later reveals the firm’s
Mafia ownership and its deadly consequences for anyone who attempts to leave. The threat
puts McDeere into a dangerous situation where he is forced to agree and help the FBI in
gathering evidences against the firm in exchange for financial compensation and his brother’s
release from prison. The FBI assists Ray’s prison escape while Abby and Tammy, secretary of
Lomax, aid in collecting evidences. Internal betrayal alerts the mafia of McDeere’s collaboration
with the FBI. McDeere is faced with great danger and they are forced to go on the run making
sure that they are still ahead of their pursuers. McDeere compiles all videotapes that exposes
the mafia’s criminal and illegal activities within the firm. McDeere, Abby, and Ray both escapes
and flies to the Cayman Islands, leaving chaos in their wake. The FBI in the United States
arrests fifty-one members of the firm and numerous affiliates of the mafia, dismantling the
criminal organization hidden from the society. This arrest ends the corruption of Bendini, Lambet
& Locke thanks to McDeere’s collaboration with the FBI, ensuring the safety of everyone who
sought justice against its dark operations.
The firm really digs into the world of law, divulging the moral dilemmas that are kept
within as well as deep ethical complexities that really tangle the minds of the viewer. It shows
