While we’re talking Ford Transits, I should mention the Ford Transit Connect, which
is a very small van for van life. The benefit of this one is that it gets good gas mileage,
up to 27 miles per gallon.This little van has been around since 2012, so you’ll be able
to find a used one for cheap. This van has a smaller cargo space than the others,
and the engine isn’t zippy, but people love the way it drives.The Connect comes

Affordable boondocking.guides are a great way to find free campsites.
RVer Marianne Edwards authored these guides after 30 years of finding free
campsites all over the American south and Southwest. I’ve purchased her Utah,
California and Arizona guides, and find them incredibly detailed.

Marianne even tells you where dump stations are near the campsites and gives
suggested itineraries. The books give details on the elevation, view, cell phone
