Project Manager (PM)

Job Descriptions:
Manage the team leaders and team members to ensure:
• Manage multiple complex IT projects in collaboration with different Client to set
team goals and roadmaps.
• Regularly oversee of project execution to ensure each project is on-time, within
budget expectations with a high level of quality while delivering all key
milestones and deliverables.

• Facilitate project retrospectives to collect feedback, draw out lessons learned,

and document best practices.
• Provide status reports regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies,
risks and issues, communicating across leadership.
• Take ownership to train, supervise, guide, and conduct internal quality control
checks for the project.

Job Requirements:
• Experience in Software Development Project from scratch and exposure to
many technologies platform
• Nice tohave Programming skill, SDLC, Software Development, UML, Java Tech,
Business Analyst, System Analyst, PMP/Project Management, SCRUM, Highly
Organized, and Ability to manage others.
• Having experience handling IT project (hardware and software) is preferred
• Excellent reporting and documentation skills to ensure timely, clear, and concise
information flow.
• Result oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to drill
down to details.
• Ability to demonstrate effectiveness in resolving business problems in order to
making decisions and identifying priorities.

• Strong interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate and enhance
performance.
• An extremely responsive and collaborative team player with agility to own
leadership requirement to drive project's objective.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
