The Local Water Utilities Administration through the Training Division of the Technical Assistance Department (TRD-TAD) will conduct a Webinar on Government Procurement Act - RA 9184 and Its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) on March 14-18, 2022 via Zoom. The ‘Seminar will run for five (5) days, 9:00 AM —3:00 PM, The webinar is designed for the Technical Working Group, Secretariat and Bids and Awards Committee, Head of the Procuring Entity, and Budget/Finance officers from various water Gistricts. The objective of this seminar is to ensure transparency in the procurement process, with the end in view of guaranteeing that these contracts are awarded pursuant to the Provisions of the Act and its IRR, and that all these contracts are performed strictly according to specifications. A minimal fee of ®2,500.00 per participant will be collected to cover administrative cost to be incurred in the conduct of the webinar.
