In line with this, affected Water Districts are requested to supply the information regarding damages to their water supply assets as well as income and opportunity losses. Assessment forms are attached to facilitate this task. Considering the urgent nature of this request and the timeframe given to collate all the information, accomplished assessment forms should be sent to LWUA not later than January 15, 2022.
