1) Prices are Ex Factory-Basis.
2) GST as applicable, please provide GST No. on P.O.
3) Prices of Aluminum products are considering powder coating finish in Standard White colour (RAL
9003).
4) Standard local packing is inclusive in the price. Wooded crate packing will be charged extra.
5) Transit Insurance is to be arranged by Purchaser.
6) Transportation is extra at actuals and to be paid by customer at the time of receiving of material. We will
inform you amount of transportation before dispatch.
7) Detailed Technical Datasheet and GA Drawings to be provided after receipt of PO/LOI.
8) Minimum billable area
a. GI/ Aluminium VCD 0.2 Sqmt
b. CBRI Fire dampers 0.2 sqmts
c. UL classified dampers 0.3 sqmts
d. Other items 0.1 sqmts
9) TCS shall be charged as per existing government rates, wherever applicable.
10) Warranty period shall be 12 months from the date of supply, against manufacturing defects or bad
workmanship.
11) Standard lead-time shall not be applicable for projects involving factory inspection, after the inspected lot
is cleared, standard lead-time shall be applicable to balanced lot.
