Congratulations, you have been accepted at Reine Des Mers Training Pogram. Therefore, we would like to
invite you to come to our campus for enrollment process for new students that will be held on:
Date: Monday, January 8th 2023

Time: 13.00 – Done.

Location: 3rd Floor Menara Top Food, Jl. Jalur Sutera Barat No.3. RT. 003/RW. 006, Panunggangan Timur,
Kec. Pinang, Kota Tangerang, Banten 15325.

The requirements for the enrollment process are as follows, bring the original files of:

1. ID card (KTP)
2. Parent ID Card ( KTP Orang Tua)
3. Birth Certificate ( Akta Kelahiran )
4. Parent’s Telphone Number ( No Telp Orang Tua )
5. Family card (Kartu Keluarga)
6. Diploma or graduation certificate (IJAZAH / Surat Keterangan Lulus),
7. Academic Transcript (Transkrip Nilai)
8. Health certificate (Surat Keterangan Sehat)
9. Paklaring / Appraisal
**Point 9 diperuntukan untuk siswa Program Executive
10. Please attach your tuition payment receipt
11. Dress code in formal or smart casual attire.
