The invention of the computer is a wonderful invention that has

changed human civilisation. Today due to the invention of the
computer; we are progressing in many fields like technology,
weather, etc.
It is said that the father of computer Charles Babbage, had
built the first computer named Abacus.

A computer is an electric machine, which it performs on

command; the computer completes complex calculations in
only a few seconds.
The word computer is derived from the word “Compute” in
English, which means “computation or calculation”, that is why
it is also called a calculator.

At present, the importance of computers has increased so

much that if it stops working now, all the work will be stopped.
Because it alone can do the same job as many humans can do.
And the chances of error in its functioning are also very less.

(1) In the Field of Education – Now it has become effortless to

get an education through a computer, we can take education
through internet from any teacher in the world sitting at our
home.
(2) In the Field of Science – The revolution that has brought in
the field of science cannot be denied because today, we can
make new inventions with its help. With the help of a
computer, we can calculate accurately; through this, we are
also able to study space smoothly.

(3) In the Business Field – Computers have brought an

incredible revolution in the business sector because today, the
entire business has been done online. We can do any business
sitting anywhere. Nowadays, goods are being sold online only,
so that customers get the same at home.
(4) In the Banking Sector – Today, due to the computer, we
can deposit money in the bank sitting at home and withdraw it
easily. And most of the data of bank is running on computers.

If any invention of science has its advantages then there are

some disadvantages too, so the benefits of computers are very
high, and the problems are less. Still, it is essential to know
about them as well.
