Step 1:

Pre-approval
1. Our due diligence and compliance approval of applicants
2. Preliminary questionnaire is necessary for us to collect your
confidential information
3. Valid passport copy (all pages), proof of residence (utility bill),
National ID or Tax code from your country of residence
4. A positive result will be valid for 5 days, due to security reasons
5. Timeframe: within 7 days
6. Fee: €1,000 deposit (per applicant), €2,000 per family and refundable
if compliance is not a positive result
Step 2:

Elective Residency Application

1. Italian Residency Application - Elective Italian EU Residency Program
2. Engagement Agreement signed as a legal document
3. Application and approval of tax code (Codice Fiscale) will be provided by the
Italian Agenzia Entrate
4. We will then organise the leasing and official registration of a property with the
Agenzia Entrate
5. Schengen Visa Type D (Long Stay Visa) to be assisted and obtained by our
Italian Lawyers on your behalf
6. Travel to Italy, where you will be met on arrival at the Airport and transferred to
Sorrento, where the process is being held
7. Accommodation and dinner for the initial night is included
8. Official Residency application submitted at Post Office
9. Return within a couple of months, for biometrics and the police visit, after the
official application has been submitted
10. Collect your Italian Residency Permit Cards.
