***Each week, on your Remote Days 1,2,3,4(Mon., Tues., Wed., Thurs.), you will perform 3 different
Exercises and perform 3 Sets for each exercise. You will try and perform as many Reps as you can
do in each set for each exercise. Record your results for each set on this document/worksheet.
Once you have entered your results for each exercise and day the file/document will automatically
save it.
***You will also perform 1 Cardio Activity for 15-30 minutes. Pick from the list below of Cardio
Activities and write in what Cardio Activity you chose to do for that day and how many minutes you
were active for. Cardio Activities:
***After you have finished the workout each day you will have to have a Parent/Guardian type in their
Initials to sign off on your sheet to show that you performed the workout. You will not get credit if your
Parent/Guardian does not sign.
***I will be looking online at your chart sheet at the end of each day to see if you completed
the workout for that day. *This is how you will receive a grade. Make sure you are recording your
results for each exercise on this document/worksheet.
***Every Friday, for your Remote assignment that day, a separate assignment will also be
posted in your Google Classroom for P.E.
