I am writing to express my interest in the position of Sales Advisor which was advertised on
Facebook page.

I graduated from the Pre-University Programme under the stream of Social Sciences with my
Cumulative Grade Point Average of 3.42 on 2018. I am majoring in History and
Communicative Malay Literature in Social Sciences stream.

As you can see from my resume, I have worked as a Telemarketer and it has sharpen my
problem solving skills and also had taught me how to work well under the pressure. I am also
have a proficient understanding of the Microsoft Skills software such as Microsoft Word and
Microsoft PowerPoint. With this level of skills, I know how to create documents, editing and
text formatting functions.

In addition to my marketing experiences, I have a strong communication skills. As a

telemarketer at One Nation Advisory Sdn. Bhd, I was responsible for handling customer phone
calls and scheduling their appointment. This experience has prepared me well to take on this
role.

I would describe myself as someone who is self-motivated and hard working person. I am an
ambitious person who has developed a responsible approach to any situation that I am
presented with. I firmly believe that I can make a valuable contribution to your organization. I
see the position of Sales Advisor as the perfect next step in my career.
