Before your flight

Know all the travel documents  you must carry. If you travel with minors  remember to carry their documents.

If you have a connection with one of our partner airlines in code share (Avianca's baggage policies apply)  or interline
agreements  , check their baggage policy as additional charges or last minute changes may apply that are beyond our
control.

If you have a disability condition  and require one of our special services  (special meals, additional seat, pet
transportation and/or special medical conditions), please contact our call center  as soon as possible.

Round-trip legs must be flown in a consecutive order, otherwise the entire itinerary will automatically be canceled. This
does not apply to flights within Peru.

On codeshare flights  Avianca policies  apply; for interline flights the policies of the operating airline apply. Make
sure you check before your flight as there may be last minute changes that are outside our control which we are not
responsible for.
 The authorities, both at origin and destination, can open and search your luggage, even if it has been plasticized and
without the presence of the passenger.

If you travel from Bogotá to Madrid on flight AV 016 you must show up at El Dorado Airport ( Attention module) 3 hours
in advance of the flight departure. Please note that this flight has a stop in Medellin.

If you travel from Bogotá to Madrid on flight AV014 you must arrive at El Dorado Airport (attention module) 3 hours
before departure of the flight Please note that this flight has a stop in Cali.

If you have an international connection, when selecting your flights, keep in mind that this connection requires 1 hour of
difference, at least, between one flight and the other.

You must fly all the routes in the order set at the time of purchasing your ticket. If the order of the routes is altered, you
must re-issue the ticket in which the new conditions and restrictions applicable to the new fare will be applied.
