Production personnel – Production Department

1. Consumption & Store issuance request
 Production department receives the Décor Paper & Glue on daily basis as per requirement.
 Production department prepares store issuance request based on the monthly consumption.

2. Sign/Approves the SR

3. Tank
 There will be 6 Tank. One is for Chemical, two are for Mixing of Chemical & Glue, one is for Process and two are reserve chemical
mixed glue.
3. Roller shaft.
 At first roll of Décor Paper is set in a roller shaft. By using other roller décor paper is sent to 1 st bath
4. 1st Bath
 From process tank chemical mixed glue is send to tray of the first bath. Décor paper is passed through the glue. Then Glue is mixed
with décor paper.

5. Dryer (3 stage)
 Glue mixed décor paper is passed through 3 stage dryers for drying the glue.
6. 2nd Bath
 After dryer again glue mixed dry decor paper is passed through 2 nd bath where chemical mixed glue is kept coming from the process
tank.
7. Dryer (5 Stage)
 Then again glue mixed décor paper is passed through 5 stage dryers for drying the glue.
8. Cutting Section
 After dryer stage 5 impregnated paper is ready. Then Impregnated paper is cut according to required size in cutting section.
