complete activity A. Since activity D is on the critical path, and must be delayed by the 1 day
duration of activity A, the path DFG will now take 12 days to complete.
2. If started as early as possible, activity C has a total slack/float of 2 as it is not on the critical
path. If the activity is started as late as possible, then activity C has a total slack/float of 0.
