We, the following partners of Aneeq Traders, Mission Compound, Mehmda Road, Gujrat, do hereby
solemnly affirm on oath as appearing hereinafter: -

A. Asim Mehmood (CNIC # 34201-0424867-5) S/O Mehmood Hussain, R/O Daral Hussain Manzil
Chowk Pakistan, Gujrat; and
B. Amina Asim (CNIC # 34201-0378517-8) W/O Asim Mehmood, R/O Daral Hussain Manzil Chowk
Pakistan, Gujrat;
1. That we are partners of the Firm, namely Aneeq Traders, Mission Compound, Mehmda
Road, Gujrat.
2. That business of the partnership shall mainly consist of import and export of all permissible
goods.
3. That we are not doing any illegal business under our Firm.
4. That if any illegality is proved on our side, we would stand responsible for the same.
5. That in case of any illegality proved on our part, our form ‘C’ may be cancelled and we would
not have any objection on the same.
6. That our Firm is not defaulter of any Bank or any other financial institution.
7. That our Firm is a newly created Firm.
8. That nothing has been concealed or twisted in the above statement.
