Interview Assignment

Three companies that would benefit from Docebo, with their respective point
of contacts and the reason why I chose each company.

1- Via Rail
- Industry: Transportation
- Point of contact: Andre Michaud Director of Training and Skills Development / Leila
Johnston, Senior Manager Organizational Development and HR Marketing.
- Solutions: Employee onboarding, Talent development, Compliance training and
Member training.

Rationale: Via Rail has seen a growth in travel demand in Q2 2023 with revenue and
ridership up 37.7%, I am sure Docebo would be a great asset to optimize membership
training and sales enablement as well as to provide a more efficient onboarding
experience to new hires but also to further develop their current internal and external
staff, vendors and train maintenance technicians.

2- Capital One
- Industry: Financial
- Point of contact: Lindsay Wright, Head of Learning and Development / Laura B.
Learning and Development Manager
- Solutions: Employee onboarding, Talent development, Compliance training, Frontline
Workforce

Rationale: I worked for the financial Industry and every year we had to take a bunch of
obligatory courses about compliance, inclusion, cybersecurity and work safety. I
believe most financial organizations would benefit from Docebo, specially for
compliance training, partner enablement, employee onboarding and talent
development.

3- Cohere
- Industry: Software Development
- Point of contact: Luis Serrano, AI Scientist
- Solutions: Employee onboarding, Talent development

Rationale: I was talking to Luis over the weekend and he told they were shopping for
an LMS system in their company and he would be very interested to learn more about
Docebo, he showed even more interest when I mentioned that Docebo started
working with Google to implement Generative AI technology for training purposes. He
mentioned that Cohere currently has all of its development and training content in a
blog repository and would like to implement an LMS that gives them data insights on
course completion and to be able to track success rate of their content.

To select the right point of contact for each of the companies, I realized that the key was
to consider titles with purchase power and decision-making capacity. So, I looked for
Senior Managers, Directors and Vice Presidents that had a combination of the following
words within their job designation:

Organizational Development Sales Enablement


Talent Development Training
Learning & Development (L&D) Compliance
Talent Management and Recruiting Continuous improvement
HR
