Introduction
This Capstone Project integrates all the concepts taught in IS404. It is a research based project whereby
students are required to work individually to write a 5,000 words research paper that discusses the
following concepts;

1. Network Management
2. Backup/Redundant Data Centres
3. Network Design
4. Network Troubleshooting
5. Network & Server Virtualization
6. Network Automation
7. Cybersecurity

Requirement
Identify and select a Cloud service provider from the Internet and write up about how this service
provider addresses the following questions in terms of its service provision;

1. How does the Cloud Service Provider manage its network and Data centre?
2. Does it have any redundancy systems setup throughout the world to allow business continuity
when the main data centre experienced any problems?
3. What are the network designs used by the Cloud Service Provider?
4. When a network issue is encountered, how does the cloud service goes about in
troubleshooting the issue and resolving it?
5. What type of Network and Server virtualization systems are used by the Cloud Service Provider?
6. Is there any Network Automation used by the Cloud Service Provider?
7. Does the Cloud Service Provider implement strict security measures to address Cybersecurity
risks?
