 Welding process, fabricating, skimming process, etc.
1. Function test before disassembly (MOV/Gearbox & Valve)
 Replace all consumable parts with a new parts.
2. Disassembly MOV/Gearbox from Valve  Lapping process for repair contact surface Seat and Disk.

3. Disassembly Valve  Roughness check on the contact surface.

 Removal lagging/isulation if necessary.  Contact check/colour & pressure test witness by Customer.
 Disassembly all parts.
 Cleaning all part (removing scale, dirty, etc.) on the surface. 6. Assembly
4. Visual Inspection & Measurement  Assembly all parts (be sure that the position of parts)
 Visual inspection all parts (crack, porosity, corrosion, erosion, etc). 7. Pressure Test
 NDE Inspection by Penetrant Test to find out defect subsurface (crack, porosity).
 Measurement critical parts and collecting data dimension.  Perform pressure test refer to standard
