Problem Statement Airbnb is a dynamic platform that empowers hosts to effortlessly list their
properties for short-term renting purposes. This platform gives hosts the
flexibility to establish the price of a night's stay based on their
preferences. Currently, an astute entrepreneur has opened ten distinct
Airbnb listings in Athens, Greece, and is keen to gain insight into how
other hosts price their listings. The aim is to set competitive prices that
will pique the interest of potential guests and boost revenue for the
entrepreneur's burgeoning business.
Objectives What, why and how
1. To explore the dataset of Airbnb listings in the city of Athens
Greece to understand what attributes affect the price of listing of
Airbnb’s in Athens using data exploration.
2. To pre-process data for higher quality by removing anomalies,
noisy data, and missing values to allow accurate predictive
analysis to be done by cleaning the data.
3. To estimate the price of an Airbnb listing for better pricing by
using predictive analysis.
