Mental Health Moment - November 2021

This month’s Mental Health Moment focuses on

Gratitude. When we focus on those things in our life that bring us joy, even for a moment, it has a
lasting impact on our mindset for the day. If we take the time at the beginning or end of every day to
journal, draw a picture of or just think about 5 things we are grateful for we can have a lasting positive impact on
how we think and feel about ourselves and others. This can be as simple as being thankful for the flowers, the
weather, a relationship with someone, a kind gesture or for other blessings from God.

A great strategy to help to

connect your dots, Mind, Body
and Spirit.
