AMONG PRIVATE HOSPITALS IN KAJIADO. A CASE STUDY OF PRIVATE HOSPITALS IN
KAJIADO COUNTY.

Objectives

i) To examine how procurement practices influence day-to-day operations and service delivery in the
hospital.
ii) To measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement process in meeting the hospitals’ needs
iii) To identify and analyze the challenges faced by private hospitals in Kajiado in implementing and
managing procurement processes within these hospitals.
2. EFFECT OF STRATEGIC PROCUREMENT PRACTICES ON ORGANIZATION
PERFORMANCE AMONG PUBLIC UNIVERSITIES. A CASE STUDY OF PUBLIC
UNIVERSITIES IN NAIROBI COUNTY

Objectives
i) To evaluate the current strategic procurement practices employed by public universities in Nairobi
county
ii) To examine the performance metrics used to assess the organizational performance in public universities
iii) To propose recommendations for enhancing strategic procurement practices to improve organizational
performance in public universities in Nairobi County.

ii) To assess the effect of strategic procurement partnerships on the financial performance and growth of
SMEs in Nairobi.
iii) To develop a framework for effective strategic procurement partnership implementation within the
Nairobi SME ecosystem
