Running
To be honest, I don’t really enjoy running but I understand its importance in keeping me fit. It is
probably one of the best exercises. It is good for the heart, blood circulation and it positively affects my
mood too.
Recently, I took up running and I normally do it in the gym on a treadmill but when the gym is closed, I
just run in my neighborhood.
Almost everyday. I go to the gym in the morning at around 8 and run for like 20-30 minutes before doing
other exercises. But sometimes when I’m very busy, I go running every other day.
