Distinguished members of the International Olympic Committee,

In advocating for the inclusion of esports in the Olympics, we envision more than a sporting
evolution; we see an economic catalyst. Esports is a multi-billion-dollar industry, and by embracing it,
we not only amplify the Olympic experience but also open lucrative doors for global sponsorship,
broadcasting, and economic growth.

Australia will be funding 12% of their Olympic expenditure towards the inclusion of esports in the
Olympics.

Esports attracts a younger population and opens more areas for sponsorship and partnership.

Thank you for considering this pivotal opportunity to position the Olympics at the forefront of the
digital era.

To Iran via EB: As the delegate of Australia, we would like to raise a few concerns regarding
the promotion of esports in your country.

Firstly, we are aware of the issues women face in Iran concerning their rights. How does Iran
plan to promote esports while taking these human rights issues into consideration?

Secondly, we understand that Iran has been reported to violate the Olympic charter of gender
equality. How does Iran plan to address this issue, especially considering the gender
dominance in the esports industry?

Lastly, we have noticed that the internet speeds in Iran might be slow, which could hinder
gaming and gaming times. How does Iran plan to overcome this challenge to ensure a fair
and enjoyable gaming experience for all participants?
