Good evening everyone.

To our SCDI family, our guests and colleagues, it is an honor and privilege to
thank you for being here with us tonight. It is my distinct honor and privilege
to welcome you all to this 40 th Anniversary event to celebrate an important
milestone in SCDI’s history. I am very pleased to welcome those of you that
have been with SCDI for a long time now as well as those who are new to the
company.

As I said, tonight marks SCDI’s 40th anniversary and we are proud to be able
to host it here at this wonderful place with all of you.

Before we get started, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to all of

you who generously helped us make this event come together to become a
success. We couldn’t have done it without you!

Tonight, let us make this event more than just the usual Christmas party that
we had in the past years because tonight we also commemorate the history
that SCDI has so far made. And it is an honor to be the first person to
acknowledge the passions and energy that the entire SCDI family has
manifested to help SCDI become what it is now.

We have planned an exciting program for you that includes reminiscences from
founding our father, Arch. Enrique Olonan and SCDI’s humble beginning. With
all humility I would like to add that, what started as a modest company by my
ingenious father has today become one of the best architectural and
engineering consultancies. It is not just what SCDI do, but more importantly
how SCDI do it.

Ladies and Gentlemen, without further ado, a very warm welcome to each and
every one of you. Let’s have a wonderful celebration by dancing the night away!
