At Sulha Africa, our mission is clear: to combat plastic pollution and contribute to a

sustainable future by upcycling underutilised rich, renewable and natural capital left behind

by the livestock industry as raw materials into genuine leather products. We believe in the

power of circular economy models, the preservation of traditional craftsmanship under threat

of extinction, and the empowerment of marginalised communities.

Our expertise lies in the following areas:

particularly women and youth, in the production processes, generating sustainable
livelihoods while preserving traditional craftsmanship and heritage.

Growth Plan

Sulha Africa is poised for significant growth and expansion in the coming years. We are

committed to leveraging our success and capabilities to further our mission of empowering

women and youth from low-income backgrounds while promoting sustainability in the blue

economy. Our growth plan is designed to maximize our impact in these areas and deliver

exceptional returns to our investors.

Key Growth Objectives:

1. Hotel and Museum Partnerships: Sulha Africa is forming strategic partnerships with
luxury hotels and museums to expand our market presence. We aim to establish a
strong presence in these venues, reaching a high-end customer base.
2. Customization Services: Sulha Africa is now in a position to grow our customization
services, allowing businesses to brand their products with us. This offering will open
doors to partnerships with local and international businesses.
3. Market Expansion: Sulha Africa will expand its market presence by targeting new
geographical regions and untapped customer segments. We aim to establish a strong
foothold in key global markets, particularly those with a strong tourism and luxury
sector starting with Kenya and working with chains of luxury hotels spanning across
Africa and beyond.
4. Product Diversification: We will continue diversifying our product range to cater to a
broader audience. In addition to our existing leather goods, we will explore
opportunities in the value addition of fish skins, thereby offering a unique range of
fish leather products.
5. Online Sales Channel and Digital marketing: We will optimize our e-commerce
platform to cater to the growing demand for online shopping. Our website will
become a key sales channel for reaching a global customer base.
6. Collaboration with Kenya Industrial Research and Development Institute: We will
collaborate with KIRDI (Kenya Industrial Research and Development Institute) to
access cutting-edge research and technology in the field of leather and eco-friendly
practices. This will allow us to outsource tanning of livestock and fish leather and
ensure sustainability while significantly cutting our production cost.
7. In-House Production: After establishing our market, we will work on establishing an
in-house production workshop to enhance product quality and streamline production
processes. This will also allow us to expand our capacity and meet increasing
demand.
8. Community Empowerment: We are committed to expanding our efforts in skill
development and employment opportunities for women and youth. We plan to create a
larger and more structured training program to empower individuals in the
communities where we operate. This way we could also generate more income from
the workshop as we transform it into a leather training institute.
9. Investment in Sustainability through the buy-back policy: Sustainability will remain at
the core of our business. We will invest in research and development to explore
innovative and environmentally friendly production processes and materials where we
can get our old leather products back from customers to recycle in exchange for a
discount for their next purchase. This would be great value to us and our environment
as we practise sustainability and generate more revenue from our customers.

Investment Requirements

To achieve these growth objectives, we are currently seeking an investment of Kes. 1.5

million from our valued investor in exchange for 10% of the company. This capital will be

allocated as follows:

a. Embark on the hotels and museums collaborations

b. Product diversification including the fish leather products

Return on Investment:

Sulha Africa is dedicated to delivering an attractive return on investment to our partners. We

anticipate that the growth plan will lead to a substantial increase in revenue, profitability, and

market presence. Our financial projections indicate:

SCENARIOS Bank rates Worth of the 10% shares

Best case scenario 9.5% p.a 14% p.a

Most realistic case scenario 8% p.a 10% p.a

Worst case scenario 5% p.a 7% p.a

If the business would meet these targets in the three years or show a track record of good
returns, we will reach out to our shareholder Mr. Ivan to do Asset Financing for us. This
way, Mr. Ivan can earn a profit as he sells us the assets at a reasonable markup while
simultaneously increasing the worth of the shares as the business gets new assets as well as
allow us to stick to our religious values.

It is crucial to note that the business will be retaining its earnings and reinvest into its
economic sustainability and growth for a grace period of 3 years.

Conclusion:

Sulha Africa is positioned for a remarkable growth journey that aligns with our mission and

values. We invite you to join us on this exciting path as an investor, and together, we can

make a meaningful difference in the lives of women, youth, and the sustainability of the

genuine leather and blue economy through both traditional leather and innovative leather

products.
