be Presentational Features, Organisation of where they are places and Words used. Music, Colours, Images, Language but also the Mise-en-Scene which means
‘setting the scene’ or ‘everything in scene’. In the advert, the Mise-en-scene captures many scenes from a graveyard to a warmly lit bar with a welcoming fire etc

TASK: Your JOB is to CREATE the mise-en-scene for a Christmas Advert. Mise-en-scene means ‘setting the scene’ so think about everything you would add into the
scene. Draw your scene and label what props etc you have in it and why. What is the PURPOSE of them being there. What emotions do they stir? Eg: Roaring fire in the
pub creates a welcoming, warm atmosphere. Creates an inviting feel and makes the pub seem a safe, welcoming haven for people to visit.
