Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Diana Pol and I am writing to apply for the position of a receptionist at your
school. As requested I am fluent in English, I was raised in a bilingual house and I have
taken lots of Cambridge exams. I've been a grade A student all my life, representing my high
school in multiple interdisciplinary activities.

I have a great deal of experience working with kids and teenagers and I really enjoy being
with them. I have worked as a secretary in an office for 1 year and it provided me the
leadership and organizational skills that it's what I require for this job. I have also experience
in software programs including Microsoft office and Quickbooks. I'm also comfortable using
multiple scheduling platforms like Mindbody and Timely.

I strive for excellence in everything I do and I won't ever leave a task incomplete.
My life motto is that "If you're gonna do something, you better do it right", and I try to live by
it. If I can't do something I will be straightforward about it so I don't waste either your or my
time. I will guarantee that you won't be disappointed if you choose to hire me. In my opinion
my background and skills makes me an excellent candidate for this position.

Thank you for taking the time to read my application. I am looking forward to hearing from
you.

Yours Faithfully,
Diana Pol
