Position name/ Market Researcher
■Back Ground：
Increase in the number of employees
*We plan to increase by 3 by the end of March next year, 2023.

■Main Responsibility：
You will join the company as an analyst or associate and work with your supervisor to conduct sales and

consulting activities.
In the future, he/she will be in charge of project management as a senior associate or manager.
Target clients: Financial industry, e-commerce industry, etc. (depending on the market)
Area: Focusing on Vietnam, with the possibility of handling projects in the APAC area in the future.
DX consulting services
Digital strategy planning
Action plan proposal and implementation
Mid- to long-term business planning including digital strategy

Market research (macro environment, individual companies) in Vietnam and abroad.

⇒Market research is positioned differently from research conducted by research companies and is part
of business consulting.
(For example, we cannot conduct brand health research on our own for panels, but we focus on
collecting and analysing information and data using a variety of sources and channels, deriving insights
and summarising them as a deliverable.)

Currently, there are 5 employees (1 Japanese + 3 management + 3 consultants).

In our future business plan, we plan to grow 1.5 times per year and aim to have 100 employees.
