BOOTH DESIGN GUIDELINES

Please send the designs with required dimensions and the following specifications:

• All files must be digital

• JPG/JPEG files are not acceptable
• All files should be in CMYK colour model
• All files must be high-resolution (300dpi)
• All images and fonts must be embedded or sent with your creative
• Designs need to be prepared to a scale of 1:10
• Files must be sent in Adobe Illustrator (Ai) format
• Include a 3cm (3mm on a scale of 1:10) bleed on all sides

If the above file type cannot be provided, please submit optional file types as listed below and we will try to make the necessary adjustments,
iFX EXPO shall not be held responsible for an issues with end deliverables.

NOTE
The exhibitors and sponsors must provide all required information relating to artwork printing in advance to allow time for changes if needed.
Once all creatives have been received, our designers will quality check all files and once approved the designs will be sent off for print. All
materials are non-refundable and will be destroyed after use at the iFX EXPO Dubai 2022.

Design File Naming

Please note that design files must include the wall number and name according to your specific booth 3D layout. For example:
1. G1 – Fascia
2. G3 - Backwall
3. G4 - Counter
