Solar-powered keychain detector

Rationale:
The idea for the solar-powered keychain detector comes from the realization of an
innovative and environmentally friendly way of conveniently tracking valuables
and property. Most often, there is no convenient tracking when it comes to
conventional keychains if items get lost, which only goes to increase frustration.
The keychain detector is proposed to have the technology of solar power as a
solution—a new, sustainable, and effective way.
The use of solar power provides an alternate renewable source of energy in place
of disposable batteries, thus making the product an eco-friendly one. Firstly, due
to their constant functionality when exposed to sunlight, there is no need to
constantly keep replacing the batteries. Secondly, the small design of the keychain
detector makes the solar power option perfect for its constant charging through
being exposed to the sun.

Objective:
• Design a solar-powered key chain detector capable of tracking valuables or
items across different environments or when lost.
• Design a simple user interface through which operation and maintenance
of the device are to be done.
• Innovative solar charging technology.
• Design a durable and compact keychain detector suitable for everyday use.
