 Strengths : These are areas of academics and your tendencies which you are inher ently good at. You must learn

Weaknesses: These are areas you will have to invest time in. They can not be ignored, and you can not be selective
and eliminate them. These areas will likely become the reasons for frustrations in your UPSC preparation journey

eliminated and at the very least, be turned into weaknesses if not strengths.
