WHY: TO HELP SENIOR CITIZENS THAT NEEDED TREATMENT, CHECK-UPS AND
EDUCATION TO IMPROVE HEALTH FOR FREE
HOW: THE HEALTHCARE INITIATIVE LED BY MUNICIPAL HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS
WILL BE METICULOUSLY ORGANIZED IN COLLABORATION WITH THE STA CRUZ
MUNICIPAL POLICE STATION, LOCAL AUTHORITIES, COMMUNITY LEADERS, AND
HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATIONS. THIS PARTNERSHIP WILL INVOLVE CAREFUL PLANNING
AND PROCUREMENT OF NECESSARY MEDICAL SUPPLIES. THE MISSION WILL FOCUS ON
COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH EDUCATION CAMPAIGNS AND THE ESTABLISHMENT OF
MEDICAL FACILITIES WITHIN BARANGGAY BIAY. PRIOR TO THE MISSION, SPECIALIZED
TRAINING SESSIONS WILL BE CONDUCTED TO ENSURE HEALTHCARE WORKERS ARE
WELL-PREPARED TO ADDRESS THE COMMUNITY'S HEALTHCARE NEEDS. ADDITIONALLY,
THOROUGH DATA COLLECTION METHODS WILL BE UTILIZED TO ASSESS THE
EFFECTIVENESS OF THE MISSION AND IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES FOR IMPROVING
HEALTHCARE DELIVERY PRACTICES.

II. MISSION
1. ENSURE SAFETY AND SECURITY FOR EVERYONE INVOLVED.
2. HELP WITH LOGISTICS LIKE TRANSPORTATION AND CROWD CONTROL.
3. KEEP PUBLIC ORDER DURING THE MISSION.
4. ENGAGE WITH THE COMMUNITY TO SUPPORT THE MISSION.
5. WORK CLOSELY WITH HEALTHCARE ORGANIZERS.
6. BE READY TO ASSIST IN MEDICAL EMERGENCIES OR INCIDENTS.
7. THE GOAL IS TO SUPPORT THE HEALTHCARE MISSION WHILE KEEPING PEACE AND
SAFETY IN THE COMMUNITY.

IV. COORDINATION INSTRUCTION


AS PART OF OUR COMMITMENT TO SERVING THE COMMUNITY AND ENSURING THE
WELL-BEING OF OUR SENIOR CITIZENS, WE ARE COLLABORATING ON A MEDICAL
MISSION IN PARTNERSHIP WITH HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS, TRAFFIC ENFORCERS,
AND THE LGU OF OUR MUNICIPALITY. THIS COLLABORATIVE EFFORT REQUIRES
METICULOUS PLANNING AND SEAMLESS EXECUTION TO ENSURE ITS SUCCESS. BELOW
ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS AND ROLES ASSIGNED TO EACH ENTITY:

1. PNP OFFICERS:
- ENSURE THE OVERALL SECURITY AND SAFETY OF THE EVENT VENUE.
- COORDINATE WITH TRAFFIC ENFORCERS TO FACILITATE SMOOTH TRAFFIC FLOW
AROUND THE VICINITY OF THE EVENT.
- ASSIST IN CROWD CONTROL AND MANAGEMENT TO MAINTAIN ORDERLINESS DURING
THE EVENT.
- BE VIGILANT FOR ANY POTENTIAL SECURITY THREATS AND RESPOND PROMPTLY IF
ANY ARISE.
2. TRAFFIC ENFORCERS:
- COORDINATE WITH THE PNP TO MANAGE TRAFFIC FLOW AROUND THE EVENT VENUE.
- DEPLOY PERSONNEL STRATEGICALLY TO REGULATE TRAFFIC AND ENSURE THE
SAFETY OF PEDESTRIANS, ESPECIALLY SENIOR CITIZENS.
- PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO SENIOR CITIZENS AND ATTENDEES IN NAVIGATING THROUGH
TRAFFIC AND FINDING PARKING SPACES.
- COLLABORATE WITH PNP OFFICERS TO ADDRESS ANY TRAFFIC-RELATED ISSUES
PROMPTLY.
3. HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS:
- SET UP MEDICAL STATIONS AND EQUIPMENT FOR HEALTH SCREENINGS,
CONSULTATIONS, AND OTHER MEDICAL SERVICES.
- CONDUCT HEALTH ASSESSMENTS, INCLUDING BLOOD PRESSURE CHECKS, GLUCOSE
MONITORING, AND BASIC MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS.
- PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, PRESCRIPTIONS, AND REFERRALS FOR FURTHER
TREATMENT IF NECESSARY.
- EDUCATE SENIOR CITIZENS ON PREVENTIVE HEALTHCARE MEASURES AND HEALTHY
LIFESTYLE PRACTICES.
4. LGU REPRESENTATIVES:
- PROVIDE LOGISTICAL SUPPORT, INCLUDING VENUE ARRANGEMENTS, UTILITIES, AND
EQUIPMENT NEEDED FOR THE MEDICAL MISSION.
- COORDINATE WITH LOCAL HEALTH AUTHORITIES TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH
HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS.
- ASSIST IN PUBLICIZING THE EVENT TO MAXIMIZE PARTICIPATION FROM THE SENIOR
CITIZEN COMMUNITY.
- COLLABORATE WITH THE PNP, TRAFFIC ENFORCERS, AND HEALTHCARE
PROFESSIONALS TO ADDRESS ANY ADMINISTRATIVE OR LOGISTICAL ISSUES THAT MAY
ARISE.
5. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
- MAINTAIN OPEN COMMUNICATION CHANNELS AMONG ALL STAKEHOLDERS
THROUGHOUT THE PLANNING AND EXECUTION PHASES.
- PRIORITIZE THE NEEDS AND COMFORT OF SENIOR CITIZENS, ENSURING THEY RECEIVE
EFFICIENT AND COMPASSIONATE CARE.
- REMAIN FLEXIBLE AND ADAPTABLE TO ADDRESS ANY UNFORESEEN CHALLENGES OR
EMERGENCIES THAT MAY ARISE DURING THE EVENT.
- UPHOLD PROFESSIONALISM AND TEAMWORK TO ACHIEVE THE COMMON GOAL OF
PROVIDING QUALITY HEALTHCARE SERVICES TO OUR SENIOR CITIZENS.

V. RECAP OF DEPLOYED PERSONNEL


1. MEDICAL SERVICES PROVIDED: OUR HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS CONDUCTED A
RANGE OF MEDICAL SERVICES, INCLUDING HEALTH SCREENINGS, CONSULTATIONS, AND
EXAMINATIONS. WE WERE ABLE TO ADDRESS VARIOUS HEALTH CONCERNS AND
PROVIDE ESSENTIAL MEDICAL ADVICE, PRESCRIPTIONS, AND REFERRALS TO SENIOR
CITIZENS IN NEED.
2. TRAFFIC AND SECURITY MANAGEMENT: THE COORDINATION BETWEEN THE PNP
OFFICERS AND TRAFFIC ENFORCERS ENSURED SMOOTH TRAFFIC FLOW AROUND THE
EVENT VENUE, FACILITATING EASY ACCESS FOR ATTENDEES. ADDITIONALLY, OUR
DILIGENT EFFORTS IN SECURITY AND CROWD CONTROL MAINTAINED A SAFE AND
ORDERLY ENVIRONMENT THROUGHOUT THE EVENT.
3. COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT: THROUGH THE COLLABORATION WITH LGU
REPRESENTATIVES, WE SUCCESSFULLY PROMOTED THE EVENT WITHIN THE
COMMUNITY, RESULTING IN A SIGNIFICANT TURNOUT OF SENIOR CITIZENS SEEKING
MEDICAL ASSISTANCE. OUR PROACTIVE APPROACH IN PUBLICIZING THE EVENT
CONTRIBUTED TO ITS OVERALL SUCCESS.
4. WHILE IN PNP PCpl CABRAL WAS THE PATROL INSIDE THE FACILITY, PCpl ROQUE WAS
MONITORING THE CROWD, PCpl QUIROL WAS OUTSIDE PATROLLING AS A SECURITY,
PCpl GREGORIO ALONG WITH DAIT ARE WAITING AND MONITORING OUTSIDE NEAR THE
PNP MOBIL, AND PCpl MENDIGORIN WAS HELPING WITH THE DESTRIBUTION OF
MEDICINES.

POLICE ASSISTANCE WITH THE GOALS OF THE HEALTHCARE MISSION AND OTHER

2. RESOURCE MANAGEMENT: ALLOCATING NECESSARY RESOURCES SUCH AS


PERSONNEL, EQUIPMENT, AND LOGISTICAL SUPPORT TO EFFECTIVELY CONTRIBUTE TO
THE HEALTHCARE INITIATIVE.

3. TRAINING AND READINESS: PROVIDING SPECIALIZED TRAINING TO POLICE


PERSONNEL TO PREPARE THEM FOR THEIR ROLES IN SUPPORTING THE HEALTHCARE
MISSION, INCLUDING HANDLING CROWDS, RESPONDING TO EMERGENCIES, AND
ENGAGING WITH THE COMMUNITY.

4. COMMUNICATION AND COOPERATION: ESTABLISHING CLEAR CHANNELS OF


COMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATION BETWEEN THE PNP, HEALTHCARE ORGANIZERS,
LOCAL AUTHORITIES, AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS INVOLVED.

5. SECURITY STRATEGY: DEVELOPING TAILORED SECURITY PLANS TO ADDRESS


POTENTIAL RISKS AND ENSURE THE SAFETY AND SECURITY OF ALL INVOLVED IN THE
HEALTHCARE MISSION.

6. COMMUNITY OUTREACH: IMPLEMENTING INITIATIVES TO ENGAGE WITH THE LOCAL


COMMUNITY, RAISE AWARENESS ABOUT THE HEALTHCARE MISSION, AND FOSTER
SUPPORT AND PARTICIPATION.

7. EVALUATION AND IMPROVEMENT: MONITORING THE PROGRESS AND EFFECTIVENESS


OF POLICE SUPPORT ACTIVITIES DURING THE HEALTHCARE MISSION AND CONDUCTING
REGULAR ASSESSMENTS TO IDENTIFY AREAS FOR ENHANCEMENT.
