FINAL PROJECT
CREATE A VIDEO CLIP in Performing a warm-up exercise (8 counts each exercise/direction) using the
following:
o Head tilts and rolls- head bending sideward, forward, and slightly backward. Head rolling
halfway clockwise and counter clockwise
o Shoulder lifts- R and L shoulder lifts. Both shoulders lift
o Shoulder lifts and circles- R and L shoulder circle. Both shoulders circle forward and backward
o Side stretches and trimmers- R and L arms upward reach alternately. Waist stretch right, left,
forward and backward
o Hamstring stretches- lunges right and left
o Pedaling- heals raised alternately
o Jogging in place- jogging in place, forward, and counter clockwise with arms moving up and
down
o Prancing – spring in place raising right and left legs alternately with high knee bending.
