How to cook Pesmol Tilapia Fish

Ingredients:
 2 tilapia fish
 10 gr tumeric
 10 gr ginger
 3 cundlenut
 30 gr galangal
 5 red onion
 4 garlic
 Salt
 Flavoring
 2 tomato
 1 lime
 Lemongrass
 Bay leaf
 Lime leaves
 Brown sugar
 1 belacan
 6 red chili
 5 cayenne pepper
 Coconut cream
 Flour

Steps:
 Step 1.
We clean the tilapia fish. After we have finished cleaning, we slice the tilapia fish into
thin pieces so that it is easier to absorb when marinated.
 Step 2.
We add lime juice and salt to the fish, then let it sit for twenty minutes to absorb.
 Step 3.
Then we grind the spices, such as thirty grams of galangal, ten grams of ginger, three
candlenuts, one gram of garlic, ten grams of turmeric, shrimp paste, ten shallots.
 Step 4.
slice 5 red chilies, five green cayenne peppers, brown sugar, one green onion and one
tomato.
 Step 5.
Heat the cooking oil. Once the cooking oil is hot, fry the fish that has been marinated and
sprinkled with tapioca flour.
 Step 6.
If the fish is cooked, we drainase it.
 Step 7.
We saute the ground spices until fragrant. Once it’s fragrant, add the chili slices that we
previously sliced, lime leaves, lemongrass, tomatoes, then add the thick coconut milk,
chicken stock, tamarind water, salt, brown sugar, stir until evenly mixed, and add the fried
fish, sprinkle with spring onions. . After that, check whether the taste is right or not.
 Step 8.
We put the drained fish into the stir fry spices if we have stirred until evenly mixed, after
stirring thoroughly, place the fish on a plate then sprinkle with chopped spring onions.
