Reducing Restrictive Interventions I have been a PMVA trainer within The Priory since 2017 and in
Trainer 2021was successful in a Regional role under Priory’s new training
Priory Group programme; RRIT. This has involved me supporting the current
accreditation process under the Restraint Reduction Network.

National Federation for Personal level RRIT trainers and supporting other sites with their training

Military Psychologist – Chief of Psychology Department

I took on developing the first Military Psychologist role within


the firefighters department in Romania. During this time I grew
the team by developing the job roles of further psychologists
within the department, overseeing their activities and supporting
with professional development.

My role as a psychologist involved me carrying out


psychological assessments and testing for both the recruitment
and yearly re-evaluation of firefighters and other professionals
across the Inspectorate for Emergency Situations. Alongside this,
I facilitated debriefs to firefighters and their families following
incidents.
I coordinated the assessments and psychological intervention for
six counties within Romania.
